★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi minha pior experiência, pois aluguei um vestido na data 17/07, porém houve um imprevisto devido ao covid, na data do dia 21/07 entrei em contato com a própria para fazer o cancelamento pois ainda não tinha feito nem a primeira prova. Entendo que a questão de cancelamento temos um valor averbado, porem a Patricia quer me cobrar 50% do valor pago, sendo que o máximo é de 10 á 30% em qualquer estabelecimento estamos na data do dia 02/08 e até agora não tive nenhuma restituição ela bloqueou meu número de telefone não me atende já fui lá pessoalmente e ela não me atende. A questão de ética ao seu cliente, irei levar essa reclamação á longe por esse descaso ao cliente.. Eu como cliente não recomendo essa loja para ninguém.. Foi minha pior experiência!!!!! Fora que ela quer consultar advogado pra saber se deve ou não me restitui um absurdo!!!! Um vestido que foi pago e ñ foi feito nenhuma prova.. Não recomendo e quero meu reembolso...
 It was my worst experience, because I rented a dress on 07/17, but there was an unforeseen event due to the covid, on 07/21 I contacted the company itself to make the cancellation because I had not yet done the first test. I understand that the issue of cancellation has an endorsed amount, but Patricia wants to charge me 50% of the amount paid, the maximum is 10 to 30% in any establishment we are on the date of 02/08 and so far I have not had any refund she blocked my phone number does not answer me I have been there personally and she does not answer me. The issue of ethics to your customer, I will take this complaint away for this neglect to the customer .. I as a customer do not recommend this store to anyone .. It was my worst experience !!!!! Besides, she wants to consult a lawyer to find out whether or not she gave me back an absurdity !!!! A dress that was paid for and no proof was done .. I don't recommend it and I want my refund ...

Fomos muito bem atendidos ,às roupas lindas e limpas.ganhei às roupas do noivo e daminhas.tudo muito lindo.

Fiquei mais de uma hora pra ser atendida, pessoas esperando prova, mais de uma hora também esperando roupa ficar pronta, falta organização. No atendimento são muito educados e prestativos, você até se sente a Vontade, mas algumas coisas te deixam desconfortável como, um frasco de álcool gel mas entupido, a Sra que a fundadora da loja, sem máscara e possivelmente resfriada. Como eu voltarei espero refazer essa avaliação e melhora-la.
It's constructive criticism. I hope you see, reflect, and improve. I spent over an hour to be seen, people waiting for a test, over an hour also waiting for clothes to be ready, lack of organization. They are very polite and helpful in the service, you even feel the urge, but some things make you uncomfortable, like a bottle of alcohol gel but clogged, the lady who is the founder of the store, without a mask and possibly a cold. As I will be back, I hope to redo this review and improve it.

Fran), sempre pacientes e com ótima visão para ajudar as/os clientes a encontrarem o melhor e mais adequado traje para a ocasião em questão. Os trajes são ajustados, entregues tratados e higienizados conforme os padrões sanitários, em perfeito estado e na data/horário combinado. Minha filha ficou simplesmente deslumbrante com o vestido que alugamos lá para seu aniversário de 15 anos (Disseram que eu também fiquei bem!... Kkk!). Super recomendo!
The high quality of the costumes, punctuality and fair price are just mere details compared to the friendliness and simplicity of the owners (Patrícia and D. Fran), always patient and with great vision to help clients find the best and most suitable attire for the occasion in question. The suits are adjusted, delivered, treated and sanitized according to sanitary standards, in perfect condition and on the agreed date/time. My daughter was just stunning with the dress we rented there for her 15th birthday (They said I looked good too!... Kkk!). I highly recommend it!
