First time I went and I don't even think about going back, bad service by the lady who stays there, I think if she doesn't know how to get along with the public she's in the wrong place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma ótima pedida para o pessoal da região, com bons preços e um ambiente bacana, com brinquedos como piscina de bolinhas e uma cama elástica para as crianças, além disso tem uma das atrações da casa que é o karaokê que é muito divertido, o hambúrguer é muito bom, pedi dois e os dois estavam ótimos, o atendimento foi muito bom os atendentes foram bem simpáticos.
It is a great option for the people of the region, with good prices and a nice environment, with toys such as a ball pool and a trampoline for the children, besides it has one of the attractions of the house which is the karaoke which is very fun, the hamburger is very good, I ordered two and both were great, the service was very good the attendants were very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fomos no Major, pedimos lanche veio ruim, reclamamos que o hambúrguer estava crú e com sangue, gosto ruim, soltamos também 4 músicas no karaokê, assim que chegamos as 22:30 e fomos perguntar depois de uma hora, se não íamos cantar onde o atendente disse que já estava fechando e não daria mais tempo,pois o pessoal que estava cantando tinha chegado as 16hr, então só eles como cliente poderia contar? Isso quer dizer que os demais clientes não tem direito, não souberam fazer um rodízio no karaokê para agradar a todos,que seria o certo! Somos clientes que sempre vai lá, e neste dia sentimos que não tivemos um atendimento de consideração por ser cliente do local. Então só porque vc não passou a tarde no Bar até a noite você merece menos? Assim que você é tratado? Uma pena você atender cliente assim. Fica aqui minha indignação com o atendimento de hoje.
Today we went to the Major, we ordered a snack, it came bad, we complained that the hamburger was raw and with blood, it tasted bad, we also released 4 songs on karaoke, as soon as we arrived at 10:30 pm and went to ask after an hour if we were not going to sing where the attendant said that it was already closing and there would be no more time, because the people who were singing had arrived at 4 pm, so only they as a customer could count? This means that the other customers have no right, they didn't know how to do a rotation in karaoke to please everyone, which would be the right thing to do! We are customers who always go there, and on this day we felt that we didn't have a considerate service for being a customer of the place. So just because you didn't spend the afternoon at the Bar until the night, you deserve less? So how are you treated? It's a shame you serve customers like this. Here is my indignation with today's service.
