Deixei um aparelho para consertar no primeiro uso deu o mesmo problema. Levei para garantia junto com outro aparelho para orçamento, eles não acham meus aparelhos e o atendente (Lucas) É super grosso por telefone.
Não Recomendo essa empresa.

I left a device to repair on the first use gave the same problem. I took it for warranty along with another device for budget, they do not find my handsets and the attendant (Lucas) is super thick by phone.
I do not recommend this company.

Levei meu produto pra consertar, demorou quase 3 meses pra entregar pois alegou que não tinha peça. Ele perdia meu contato e quando ele falava o dia que ia ficar pronto, antes de sair de casa EU LIGAVA e ele dizia que ainda não estava. E foi enrolando assim.
No dia que falei sobre meus direitos do artigo 18 do código de defesa do consumidor deu mais 4 dias e ele disse que eu poderia ir lá buscar. Quando fui retirar o produto que estava em estado de novo (inclusive arrumei pra vender), parece que ele tinha passado uma faca quente bem forte que ficou o corte e não pude mais vender. Fora os arranhados que ganhou nele todo. Resumindo, não vendi pois desvalorizou o produto e arrependi de ter levado lá. Muito avacalhado o serviço. Não recomendo levar nada lá. Graças a Deus pela Internet que podemos colocar nosso feedback positivo do serviço e ajudar a loja ou o contrário como foi meu caso. Perdeu um cliente. Só quem passa por isso sabe como é chato tamanha irresponsabilidade do dono da loja. Nunca mais ????????
Corner store, almost in front of the shopping center Ponto de Venda Nova. Horrible professional. I took my product to fix it, it took almost 3 months to deliver because it claimed that there was no part. He lost my contact and when he spoke the day it was going to be ready, before leaving home I CALLED him and he said he was not yet. And it was rolling like that.
The day I talked about my rights under Article 18 of the Consumer Protection Code, it was another 4 days and he said I could go and get it. When I went to remove the product that was in a new condition (I even arranged to sell it), it seems that he had passed a very strong hot knife that was cut and I could not sell it anymore. It was the scratches that got all over it. In short, I didn't sell it because it devalued the product and I regret taking it there. The service was highly praised. I don't recommend taking anything there. Thank God for the Internet that we can post our positive service feedback and help the store or the other way around as was my case. Lost a customer. Only those who go through this know how boring such irresponsibility of the store owner is. Never again ????????
