Today we placed an order through Ifood and it took 2 hours to arrive, we tried countless times to call, without success, even the phone didn't work. Unbelievable, lack of respect for the customer.

Obrigado pela pronta resposta de vocês! Isso inspira confiança por parte do seu restaurante. De qualquer forma, fica como alerta mais opções d contato com seu restaurante. Não é a primeira vez que não conseguimos ligar para o numero cadastrado. Estamos revisando a nota pq após duas horas, mesmo assim recebemos a encomenda. esfirras ótimas como sempre. Por isso melhoramos avaliação.
Today, 12/07 we ordered through iFood and we didn't receive it! Existing phone number on the serves because you never answer! It's not the first time that we've tried to connect without success! Impossible to communicate! On the app's website always informing you that it leaves for delivery and never arrived!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou acostumada a comprar no Makadesh, porém na penúltima vez recebi a esfiha de com abacaxi nevado estragado, totalmente fora do ponto, onde não consegui comer. Como gostava do atendimento do local e havia sido um caso isolado, preferi não fazer reclamação e nem classificá-los negativamente.
Hoje fiz um pedido no qual a previsão de entrega estava para 23:30, como estou gripada e com febre, estava deitada em meu quarto aguardando. O entregador chegou antes da entrega prevista e a portaria do prédio ao me interfonar para solicitar a autorização da entrada do motoboy, o meu interfone não funcionou, verificamos no momento da entrega que o mesmo está com problema. Infelizmente o entregador precisou me aguardar, visto que a portaria não conseguiu falar comigo, sendo assim, o supervisor veio até o meu apartamento falar comigo, pois sabe que sempre atendo de prontidão.
Ao olhar o app do iFood, tinham diversas mensagens totalmente sem educação do estabelecimento, mesmo tendo o contato do meu celular, ao invés de ligar, a pessoa preferiu enviar diversas mensagens sem lógica alguma.
Conforme print abaixo, ao falar com o estabelecimento, fui tratada de forma totalmente ignorante, sem profissionalismo algum por parte da pessoa que estava me atendendo. Eu não previ o problema no meu interfone, até pq a mais interessada em receber o lanche era eu, que paguei e estou com fome!
Deixo aqui minha profunda decepção com o Makadesh, já comprei diversas vezes, e não imaginei ser tão maltratada por um local como fui hoje.
I'm used to shopping at Makadesh, but the penultimate time I got the sfiha of spoiled snowy pineapple, totally out of place, where I couldn't eat. As I liked the local service and it had been an isolated case, I preferred not to complain or classify them negatively.
Today I placed an order in which the expected delivery was for 23:30, as I have the flu and a fever, I was lying in my room waiting. The delivery man arrived before the scheduled delivery and the building's concierge when calling me to request authorization for the courier to enter, my intercom did not work, we verified at the time of delivery that he had a problem. Unfortunately, the delivery man had to wait for me, as the concierge was unable to talk to me, so the supervisor came to my apartment to talk to me, as he knows that I always attend on-call.
When looking at the iFood app, there were several messages that were totally uneducated from the establishment, even though I had the contact on my cell phone, instead of calling, the person preferred to send several messages without any logic.
As the print below, when talking to the establishment, I was treated in a totally ignorant way, without any professionalism on the part of the person who was serving me. I didn't foresee the problem on my intercom, even because the one most interested in receiving the lunch was me, who paid for it and I'm hungry!
I leave here my deep disappointment with Makadesh, I've bought it several times, and I didn't imagine being as mistreated by a place as I was today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência maravilhosa, a melhor esfiha que comi...estive no Domingo e fui muito bem atendido pelo dono, pessoa muito gentil. Super recomendo!! Vale muito a pena, qualidade e variedade de sabores! O local é de fácil acesso, tem estacionamento e achei muito seguro. A loja é aconchegante e você fica muito a vontade, as esfihas saem na hora rapidinho, quentinha e saborosas. A de Calabresa com queijo é espetacular, provei também a de morango com ganache, e também achei perfeita! Ainda ganhei 2 sabores de cortesia para provar, muito gentil da parte do dono!! Parabéns pelo atendimento!
Wonderful experience, the best esfiha I ate ... I was on Sunday and was very well attended by the owner, very kind person. Super recommend it !! It is well worth it, quality and variety of flavors! The place is easily accessible, has parking and found it very safe. The store is cozy and you are very comfortable, the esfihas come out on the spot quickly, warm and tasty. The pepperoni with cheese is spectacular, I also tasted the strawberry with ganache, and I also found it perfect! I still got 2 complimentary flavors to taste, very kind of the owner !! Congratulations for the service!

Por 2 vezes fiz um pedido e eles simplesmente não me entregaram o pedido. O número de telefone raramente funciona. Hoje, após 3:30 minutos aguardando o meu pedido, ao ligar no restaurante, a atendente Rafaela foi extremamente mal educada, bateu boca no telefone e ainda me tratou como se eu estivesse pedindo um favor. Dessa vez, foi o cúmulo. Podem ter certeza nunca mais peço comida com vocês. Eu e ninguém que eu conheço. Da mesma forma que indiquei vocês a várias pessoas, vou fazer questão de contar o que ocorreu. Sugiro que quem estiver lendo essa avaliação faça o mesmo porque não tem nada pior do que você estar com fome, ficar aguardando por mais de 3:30hs um pedido e ainda ser tratada como se estivesse pedindo favor. Já é a terceira vez que isso acontece. A empresa agora acha que é tão autossuficiente, a ponto de tratar os clientes dessa forma, como se não fosse nós que mantivéssemos qualquer estabelecimento funcionando.

This time, it was the culmination. You can be sure I'll never order food with you again. Me and no one I know. In the same way that I referred you to several people, I will make a point of telling you what happened. I suggest that anyone reading this review do the same because there is nothing worse than being hungry, waiting for more than 3:30 hours for an order and still being treated as if you were asking for a favor. It's the third time this has happened. The company now thinks it is so self-sufficient that it treats customers this way, as if we weren't the ones keeping any establishment running.
