★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei uma ferramenta lá e após 1 semana liguei para saber o valor do conserto porém a atendente disse que não constava no sistema , no dia seguinte me ligou e disse que achou a ferramenta, em 3 dias liguei para saber o valor e aprovei o orçamento em 25 /11/2020 fez 1 mês que a ferramenta está lá .
Já liguei duas vezes e a atendente disse que estava na fila de montagem, 2 semanas na fila de montagem um martelete de 5kg.
Só dei 1 estrela por que não dá pra dar número negativo de estrelas , lamentável só voltarei lá para retirar a ferramenta talvez em 2021 terminem de montar.
I left a tool there and after 1 week I called to know the amount of the repair but the attendant said it was not in the system, the next day he called me and said he found the tool, in 3 days I called to know the value and approved the budget in 25/11/2020 it has been 1 month that the tool is there.
I have already called twice and the attendant said that a 5 kg hammer was in the assembly line, 2 weeks in the assembly line.
I only gave 1 star because I can't give a negative number of stars, unfortunate I will only go back there to remove the tool maybe in 2021 they will finish assembling.

Parabéns pelo atendimento,a ser copiado por muitos. Agora quanto aos valores.....a Makita poderia dar uma aliviada !! Alguns assustam...mas foi uma boa experiência.
Service was great, the employee Mayara answered me with sympathy, varied explanations and showing knowledge of how to serve a customer and also the products. Congratulations on the service, to be copied by many. Now as for the values..... Makita could be relieved !! Some are scary...but it was a good experience.
