★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi as avaliações no Google só depois que já havia feito o pedido, e então decidi ligar na loja para cancelar pois tive receio, e a ligação simplesmente cai, nem toca. Pois bem... Recebi o pedido e não tem nada a ver com o que eles colocam no Instagram, eles não limpam o camarão (espero não ter uma intoxicação) e pra melhorar achei um espinho grande no meio do hot holl, nunca vi isso em lugar nenhum. Precisamos denunciar à vigilância sanitária para vistoriar esse local. Sabe lá Deus como é feito. Se em restaurantes físicos é perigoso, imagine num lugar que só vende online.
Quanto ao sabor:
. Tem tempero mas é encharcado no óleo, tanto o empanado do camarão quanto do hot holl.
. O salmão não tinha gosto de fresco e parece que o tempero foi usado pra maquiar o gosto de velho.
Entrega:
. A única coisa que deu certo porque foi dentro do prazo.

I received the order and it has nothing to do with what they put on Instagram, they don't clean the shrimp (I hope I don't have intoxication) and to improve I found a big thorn in the middle of the hot holl, I've never seen that nowhere. We need to report it to the health surveillance to inspect this place. God knows how it's done. If in physical restaurants it is dangerous, imagine in a place that only sells online.
As for the taste:
. It has seasoning but is soaked in oil, both the shrimp breaded and the hot holl.
. The salmon didn't taste fresh and it looks like the seasoning was used to make up for the old taste.
Delivery:
. The only thing that went right was because it was on time.

Comida velha pedaços de pele do salmão espinhas jogadas horrível estou com medo de passar muito mal tive q comer pq demorou 1h 50 min e eu estava morrendo esperando um absurdo isso tem q processar um estabelecimento desse ainda reclamei no Whats eles visualizam e nem respondem absurdo!!! 1- shimeji frio e doce 2 - pepino velho e amarelado 3- sushi doce todo esmagado 4- salmão com pele e espinhas por todo lado5- frituras duras frias e muito óleo velho 6 - temaki tamanho de 7 cm absurdo!!! Seguem fotos da palhaçada eu realmente espero não passar mal porque se não vou atrás dos meus direitos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro bem longe do local, e estava com medo de demorar ou não vir fresco. O pedido veio ótimo, gostoso, tudo organizadinho na caixa. Amei a variedade de sabores.
I live far away from the place, and I was afraid it would take a while or not come fresh. The order came great, delicious, everything organized in the box. I loved the variety of flavors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom marketing mas não chega nem na metade do que prometem, alga transparente chega completamente murcha além de vir mais da metade de arroz, temaki super hot só tem hot no nome mesmo porque vem super frio e lotado de arroz também.
Fiz o feedback quando me perguntaram pelo WhatsApp e nunca obtive retorno.
Good marketing but it doesn't even reach half of what they promise, transparent seaweed arrives completely withered in addition to more than half of rice, temaki super hot only has hot in the name because it comes super cold and full of rice too.
I gave feedback when they asked me on WhatsApp and never got a response.

VOCÊ PASSA MAL COM INTOXICAÇÃO!
Que pena eu só ter lido as avaliações depois de gastar mais de 300,00 em pedidos.
Fiquei meses na vontade de comer, namorando as postagens perfeitas do Instagram, pq é tudo MUITO caro, mas finalmente pedimos para comer com a família. Que escolha horrível!!!
Vamos lá:
Serviço de atendimento ao cliente é péssimo. Diversas reclamações no Google e Reclame Aqui e ninguém responde.
O shimeji doce;
Os sashimis e combinados são puro arroz;
O salmão maçaricado chega a ser branco, horrível!
Hot roll parece um pastel esquecido no fim da feira;
Ikimax nojento;
Tudo mole, o peixe quente e com cheiro forte.
Comi os negócios chorando de raiva para não desperdiçar, já que tinha gasto um put* dinheiro, mas parei assim que começamos a passar mal e vimos um inseto na comida.
Sim, achei uma pequena BARATA na comida!!!
Comecei a apresentar quadro de intoxicação alimentar com toda a minha família 30 min após a refeição.
Quero meu dinheiro de volta. Falaram que não estornam o valor quando o cliente come qualquer coisa do pedido. (Nem ousem experimentar ou mexer, senão vão usar essa desculpa). Joguei quase tudo no lixo.
Entrarei em contato diretamente com a ouvidoria da Vigilância Sanitária para evitar outros possíveis casos de intoxicação e entender o que houve para aparecer um inseto no meio da comida.
Vocês têm noção do qual nojento, horrível e arriscado para a saúde é a comida de vocês?!
Enfim, mexeram com a saúde da minha família e estou tomando as medidas cabíveis na JUSTIÇA e com a Inspeção.
Decepcionante!

I felt like eating for months, dating the perfect Instagram posts, because everything is VERY expensive, but we finally asked to eat with the family. What a horrible choice!!!
Come on:
Customer service sucks. Several complaints on Google and Complain Here and no one responds.
The sweet shimeji;
The sashimi and combined are pure rice;
The seared salmon turns out to be white, horrible!
Hot roll looks like a forgotten pastry at the end of the fair;
Ikimax disgusting;
Everything soft, the fish hot and with a strong smell.
I ate the business crying with rage so as not to waste it, since I had spent a lot of money, but I stopped as soon as we started to feel sick and we saw an insect in the food.
Yes, I found a little COCKROACH in the food!!!
I started to show food poisoning with my whole family 30 min after the meal.
I want my money back. They said that they do not reverse the value when the customer eats anything from the order. (Don't you dare try or mess with it, otherwise they'll use that excuse). I threw almost everything in the trash.
I will contact the Health Surveillance ombudsman directly to avoid other possible cases of poisoning and understand what happened to make an insect appear in the food.
Are you aware of what disgusting, horrible and health risky your food is?!
Anyway, they messed with my family's health and I'm taking the appropriate measures in JUSTICE and with the Inspection.
