★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a Manancial! Realmente, o atendimento inicial da instalação pelo técnico Aurelito é incrível, muito bom. Mas torça para não precisar deles posteriormente, ou do proprietário! Tive um problema com meu filtro Everest de 3 meses e a fábrica, de forma rápida, indicou a necessidade de troca (depois de ter pleiteado sem sucesso junto à Manancial - mesmo ainda no prazo legal do CDC). a fábrica enviou o filtro na cor do que eu tinha, mas ao chegar na loja foi vendido por "engano". Tudo bem, aceitei trocar a cor, por opção, diante da situação, e necessidade de resolver meu problema. Um dos donos da Manancial - que já havia tido contato antes, pouquíssimo prestativo e zero preocupado com o pós-venda - veio pessoalmente realizar a troca do filtro enviado pela fábrica, mas com a postura de quem estava me fazendo um favor, sem o mínimo tato para lidar com o cliente. Como se não bastasse, saiu deixando o chão sujo de água pisada e de lacres do filtro, provavelmente entendendo que eu era um atraso ao negócio dele. Bem, só aqui esse é o meu segundo filtro Everest (em comércio e casa). Em outra cidade já tive outros 3. O filtro é de altíssima qualidade. O fabricante atendeu prontamente à minha solicitação quando precisei e sempre esteve de perto para me atender. No entanto, a revendodora Manancial é uma lástima. Infelizmente, pelo que sei, é a única em Ilhéus e, embora o produto seja o melhor, tendo a não recomendar a Manancial para ninguém pela postura infantil e provençal do proprietário da loja, quem deveria zelar pela experiência do consumidor - sobretudo em meu caso, que sempre fui respeitoso no trato com eles - como, aliás, o seu técnico soube fazer quando da instalação do filtro.

One of the owners of Manancial - who had already been in contact before, with very little help and zero concern about after-sales - came to personally change the filter sent by the factory, but with the attitude of those who were doing me a favor, without the least tact to deal with the customer. As if that were not enough, he left the floor dirty with water and filter seals, probably understanding that I was a delay to his business. Well, just here this is my second Everest filter (in commerce and home). In another city I already had 3 others. The filter is of the highest quality. The manufacturer promptly responded to my request when I needed it and was always on hand to assist me. However, the Manancial reseller is a shame. Unfortunately, as far as I know, it is the only one in Ilhéus and, although the product is the best, I tend not to recommend Manancial to anyone for the childlike and Provencal stance of the store owner, who should look after the consumer experience - especially in my case , which I was always respectful in dealing with them - as, by the way, their technician knew how to do when installing the filter.
