★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande decepção, médica Luciana sem empatia, me tratou como um robô e um contratempo em seu dia. Sempre olhando no computador, sem foco no que eu dizia, revirando os olhos e com uma respiração de quem está com pressa, comprovado pelo fato de sempre estar atenta ao relógio.
Uma pena. 400$ pelo lixo, mas o pior é que continuo do mesmo jeito que antes.
Falta de empatia humana. Claro a resposta da clínica será como todos que a avaliam mal, que não encontraram meu nome no quadro de paciêntes. É uma tristeza que alguém que deveria zelar pelo bem estar humano só se importe com o pagamento...
Só fazendo correções para deixar claro. Dr. Mancini foi uma pessoa super atenciosa e prestativa oferecendo soluções para meu problema, porém o dano em mim já estava feito, por isso minha negativa a suas ofertas como é meu direito.
Já a senhora Luciana Mendes, não tem muito o que dizer, é uma profissional totalmente indiferente ao ser humano. Primeiro a consulta durou uma hora, e não duas como havia sido previamente combinado, tão pouco uma e meia como informado pela médica. Não achar que houve uma abertura é de uma cara de pau sem tamanho, falei mais do que falo com qualquer médico que passo, contei sobre traumas e violência, e reação da médica foi nunca se aprofundar em nada, como já havia dito uma pessoa com pressa.
E a única coisa que foi comunicado com a minha mãe foi se teria alguém para ficar em casa comigo, devido a minha troca de medicamento e minhas tendências suicidas.
Desejo toda sorte ao Dr. Mancini e seu projeto de avanço da psiquiatria, e desejo que a senhora Luciana Mendes reveja seus critérios de avaliação e sua postura como médica de uma área tão delicada, isso tudo poderia ter acabado em uma tragédia, minha força de vontade e a ajuda que recebo de outras pessoas me ajudaram a ter algum conforto.

Lack of human empathy. Of course, the clinic's response will be like everyone who misjudges it, who did not find my name in the patient chart. It is a sadness that someone who should care for human well-being only cares about the payment ...
Just making corrections to make it clear. Dr. Mancini was a super attentive and helpful person offering solutions to my problem, but the damage to me was already done, so my denial of his offers as is my right.
Mrs. Luciana Mendes, on the other hand, has little to say, she is a professional totally indifferent to human beings. First, the consultation lasted an hour, not two as previously agreed, as well as one and a half as informed by the doctor. Not thinking that there was an opening is like a big face, I talked more than I talk to any doctor I pass, I told him about trauma and violence, and the doctor's reaction was never to go into anything, as someone with hurry.
And the only thing that was communicated to my mother was whether there would be someone to stay at home with me, due to my medication change and my suicidal tendencies.
I wish Dr. Mancini and his project for advancing psychiatry all the best, and I wish Mrs. Luciana Mendes to review her evaluation criteria and her posture as a doctor in such a delicate area, this could all have ended in a tragedy, my strength of willingness and the help I get from other people helped me to have some comfort.
