★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fiquei uma hora esperando, a secretaria passou na frente pessoas que chegaram depois de mim. Fui embora sem nem ver a médica. Não volto mais.
 Terrible attendance. I spent an hour waiting, the secretary passed in front of people who arrived after me. I left without even seeing the doctor. I won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei 1h esperando pra ser atendida e ao questionar a recepcionista, ela falou que a médica estava preenchendo fichas (oi???) e não fez nada a principio, questionei novamente já que a consulta era com hora marcada e só então ela ligou pra médica e deu uma risadinha como se eu estivesse sendo a sem noção da história. Ao passar com a médica o atendimento é médio, bem médio. Não recomendo.
I waited for 1 hour to be answered and when I asked the receptionist, she said that the doctor was filling up (hi?) And did nothing at first, I asked again since the appointment was scheduled and only then she called the doctor and giggled as if I were the one with no idea of the story. When going with the doctor the attendance is average, very average. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente médica. Sabe lidar muito bem com criança no momento do atendimento , tem uma ótima estrutura física com sala de espera para crianças. Identificou alergia alimentar do meu filho à proteina do leite e ovo. Meu filho estava com manchas vermelhas e coceira pelo corpo, falta de apetite e diarréia. Após o tratamento, como mágica, cortando os alimentos, ele passou a ter uma vida normal.
Excellent doctor. She knows how to handle a child very well at the time of care, has a great physical structure with a waiting room for children. Identified my son's food allergy to milk and egg protein. My son had red spots and itchy body, lack of appetite and diarrhea. After the treatment, like magic, cutting the food, he began to have a normal life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca me senti tão desrespeitado como paciente. A consulta atrasou 50 minutos, sendo que a médica não estava atendendo ninguém. A consulta durou 3 minutos, não perguntou minha idade, alergias e comorbidades. Só disse que eu precisava de uma biópsia que teria que marcar, nenhuma hipótese diagnóstica. Péssimo atendimento.
I have never felt so disrespected as a patient. The consultation was delayed 50 minutes, and the doctor was not attending to anyone. The consultation lasted 3 minutes, did not ask my age, allergies and comorbidities. I just said I needed a biopsy that I had to make, no diagnostic hypothesis. Terrible attendance.

Não aceitam retorno antes dos 30 dias.
Agenda é diferenciada para primeira consulta, fui agendar para o meu filho a recepcionista informou data somente no final do mês.
Mas quando liga perguntando quando tem vaga informa data bem antes.
Uma falta de respeito com o paciente
As this is a pediatric allergist clinic, patients should be treated with more respect.
Returns are not accepted before 30 days.
Schedule is different for the first appointment, I went to schedule for my son the receptionist informed the date only at the end of the month.
But when he calls asking when there is a vacancy, he informs the date well in advance.
