Abusive values, always wanting to extract money from the client. Disorganization, uninformed employees, POOR SERVICE. I had to go to the registry office 3 times because of their mistake. I don't advise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tive uma Péssima experiência com essa Imobiliária eu não recomendo pra mim, na hora de alugar é uma coisa e na hora de entregar eles te dar uma dor de cabeça , eu aluguei com eles um apartamento no bairro Cruzeiro em Belo Horizonte , na hora de entregar na vistoria de entrega eles começa a inventar um monte coisas querendo que vc arruma coisas que vc não estragou , uma orientação que eu dou primeiro não aluga imóvel com essa Imobiliária , caso for alugar olha muito bem no imóvel e no contrato pra vc não ter dor de cabeça na hora de entregar, cheguei a passar muito mal , de tanta raiva que passei com eles
I had a very bad experience with this Real Estate I do not recommend it to me, when it comes to renting it is one thing and when it comes to delivering it they give you a headache, I rented an apartment with them in the Cruzeiro neighborhood in Belo Horizonte, when it was time to deliver in the delivery inspection they start to invent a lot of things wanting you to fix things that you didn't spoil, an orientation that I give first don't rent property with this real estate, if you are going to rent look very well at the property and the contract so you don't have it headache when delivering, I got really sick, I was so angry with them
