★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já dei 3 chances para este restaurante porque a comida é boa e moro perto. Infelizmente, TODAS as vezes tive problema com atendimento, como demora, pedido errado, esquecimento. Da última vez foi, de fato a última que fui nele. Perguntei qual item do cardápio não tinha trigo porque tenho intolerância não celíaca. Me apontaram o que tinha, e pedi para tirarem do prato, num diálogo bem claro com a atendente. Pois o item veio misturado, e quando percebi já tinha comido uma boa quantidade, o que deve me custar dias de enxaqueca e desarranjo. Tratar mal o cliente não é só ser grosseiro. Uma displicência dessa que custa problemas de saúde é muito pior que qualquer outro deslize. Ter um restaurante funcionando não pede apenas boas intenções e simpatia com os clientes, mas principalmente profissionalismo.
I have already given 3 chances to this restaurant because the food is good and I live close by. Unfortunately, ALL the times I had a problem with care, such as delay, wrong order, forgetfulness. The last time was, in fact, the last time I went to it. I asked which item on the menu had no wheat because I have non-celiac intolerance. They pointed out what I had, and I asked them to take it off the plate, in a very clear dialogue with the attendant. Because the item came mixed, and when I realized I had already eaten a good amount, which must cost me days of migraine and breakdown. Treating the customer poorly is not just being rude. Such a casualness that costs health problems is much worse than any other slip. Having a functioning restaurant requires not only good intentions and sympathy with customers, but mainly professionalism.

Os proprietários são cuidadosos com detalhes e atenciosos.
Hall is still closed, but you can ask for what's and pick up or ask for the delivery APP. The food is homemade, vegan and the lunchboxes are well served.
Owners are careful with details and considerate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ou organização do lugar e péssima , fiz um pedido por rappi depois de 1 h de espera e o entregador chegar no local avisam que não tem mais o prato e só no dia seguinte . Não e possível que ninguém revise o prédio antes era só avisar , falta de consideração principalmente com entregador que poderia estar fazendo outro pedido e não ficar lá com cara de bobo , existe um chat para conversar com o cliente eu poderia ter escolhido outro prato porém prefiro escolher outro lugar que tenha o mínimo de organização ou tato com o trabalho dos outros entregadores.
Service or organization of the place is terrible, I made a request for rappi after 1 hour of waiting and the delivery person arrived at the place and told them they didn't have the dish anymore and only the next day. It is not possible for anyone to review the building before you just let them know , lack of consideration especially with the delivery man who could be placing another order and not stay there with a silly face , there is a chat to talk to the customer I could have chosen another dish but I prefer choose another place that has the least amount of organization or tact with the work of other couriers.
