Hoje dia 03/05 combinei de almoçar com minha mãe no Mania de churrasco do shopping Iguatemi , chegamos por volta das 13:20 (horário de pico), estava com uma fila bem grande, mas como gosto muito do lugar e queria mostrar pra minha mãe, entramos na fila, após cerca de 10 minutos quando havia apenas uma pessoa na minha frente, o atendente Ecimario foi pegar os pedidos na fila, pulou eu e minha mãe, atendeu as pessoas atrás de nós, depois de atender a pessoa de trás ele continuou a retirar os pedidos dos demais, como se nada tivesse acontecido, chamei atenção, ele viu e mesmo assim fui ignorado, minha mãe sentiu-se ofendida e nos retiramos da fila, mesmo sendo um dos próximos, o moço mesmo assim ficou quieto e ignorou. Fomos comer em outro lugar e depois passei de volta para pegar o nome do rapaz, ele me passou o nome ``Ecimario``, mesmo assim não disse mais nada, nem um cumprimento ou um boa tarde e muito menos um pedido de desculpas. Fiquei bem triste, pois a comida é realmente muito boa, almoço toda semana e sempre tratei não só ele como todos ai com muito respeito, já o atendimento e respeito que tiveram comigo e minha mãe foi péssimo. Não sou muito de fazer comentários mas me senti obrigado a fazer, pois mesmo falando com o atendente ele não ligou e ficou nem ai.

We went to eat somewhere else and then I went back to get the guy's name, he gave me the name ``Ecimario``, even then he didn't say anything else, not even a greeting or a good afternoon, let alone an apology. I was very sad, because the food is really very good, I have lunch every week and I always treated not only him but everyone there with great respect, but the service and respect they had with me and my mother was terrible. I'm not much of a commenter but I felt obliged to, because even talking to the attendant he didn't call and didn't care.

Estive com minha Família No Shopping Iguatemi e este Mania de Churrasco deveria ser eleito o Melhor da Rede, Excelência desde o Atendimento até no preparo dos pratos, o ponto da Carne, do Hambúrguer e do Frango estavam corretos.
Dá gosto de comer e voltar novamente !

If you want to taste a Good Cut of Meat or even a Special Cut of Chicken or even an Angus Burger, this is the place!
I was with my family at Shopping Iguatemi and this Barbecue Mania should be voted the Best of the Chain, Excellence from the Service to the preparation of dishes, the meat, Hamburger and Chicken items were correct.
It's a pleasure to eat and come back again!

O hambúrguer que pedi estava muito saboroso, a carne bem temperada e no ponto certo. Considerei o lanche pequeno comparado ao preço que foi pago, mas entendo que a proposta é compatível com o ambiente que está localizado.
