Essa farmácia não tem consideração e respeito com os clientes. Ficam de te passar informação via e-mail ou via WhatsApp, mas simplismente não respondem ou não formam o contato.
Te prometem respaldos, que não são dados e vc precisa ficar ligando insesantemente para ter alguma resposta. Ou seja, fazem vc de idiota !
Procurem outra farmácia !!!

This pharmacy has no consideration and respect for customers. They are to pass information to you via email or via WhatsApp, but they simply do not respond or do not form the contact.
You are promised backing, which is not given and you need to keep calling insensibly to get an answer. That is, they make you an idiot!
Look for another pharmacy !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por 3 vezes que passei e-mails solicitando medicação, não obtive resposta. Tive que telefonar para abrirem o e-mail. A resposta a mim dada via telefone,era que eu precisava aguardar a resposta via e-mail, que não precisava ficar ligando.
Sou cliente há varios anos, e nunca foi assim. Piorou o atendimento cerca de uns 5 meses.
For 3 times that I spent e-mails requesting medication, I didn't get a response. I had to call to open the email. The answer given to me via phone, was that I needed to wait for the answer via email, that I didn't need to keep calling.
I have been a customer for several years, and it has never been like this. The service worsened about 5 months.

I was well attended. I sent a recipe through Whats and went to pick it up on the agreed day. They also send motoboys but I didn't need to. Only the place is not good, there are many call girls and homeless people in the nearby streets.

I can't say whether the recipes I made for two are faithful or not, but for the price they charge, one should turn into a superman. Absurdly expensive.

Estávamos conversando por mensagens, e às 18:50 eu perguntei se poderiam esperar um pouco, pois eu deveria chegar por volta de 19:10. Não tive mais resposta dos atendentes. Resolvi correr para tentar chegar a tempo, e às 19:04 encontrei os funcionários na porta do estabelecimento. Perguntei se poderia retirar meu remédio, eles informaram que não, pois o sistema já estava desligado.
Faltou o mínimo de respeito por parte deles (responder a um cliente), bem como terem a consciência de que estão lidando com a saúde das pessoas. Nunca mais compro nada lá, e comentarei sobre com meu ortopedista.
I bought a manipulated prescription from them, on the recommendation of my orthopedist. On the day of the pick-up, I tried to contact them, as they close at 19:00. We were chatting on messages, and at 6:50 pm I asked if they could wait a bit, as I was supposed to arrive around 7:10 pm. I had no further response from the attendants. I decided to run to try to arrive on time, and at 19:04 I found the employees at the door of the establishment. I asked if I could take my medicine, they said no, because the system was already off.
They lacked a minimum of respect on their part (responding to a client), as well as being aware that they are dealing with people's health. I will never buy anything there again, and I will discuss it with my orthopedist.
