Mostrei para a atendente qual o pedaço de torta eu queria, falei que era um Black cake, e aguardei à mesa que ela me servisse. Não sei o que houve, mas tive que esperar mais de 10 minutos, apenas para que colocassem um pedaço de torta num prato e o levassem onde eu estava, O QUE NÃO ACONTECEU !!! Por este motivo DESISTI DO PEDIDO, PELO PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO !!!!
EU NÃO RECOMENDO !!!!

I showed the server which piece of pie I wanted, said it was a Black cake, and waited at the table for her to serve me. I don't know what happened, but I had to wait more than 10 minutes, just for them to put a piece of pie on a plate and take it where I was, WHICH DIDN'T HAPPEN!!! For this reason I GAVE UP THE REQUEST, FOR THE BAD SERVICE !!!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!

O MANO’S CAFÉ é um achado e fica localizado dentro do Boulevard Rio Shopping.
Atendimento de primeira, ambiente tranquilo, as atendentes estão sempre sorridentes e atendem com rapidez. Moro nas redondezas e sempre que posso dou uma passadinha pra tomar café com leite e comer a Torta Alemã que eu adoro. Como a loja é pequena, tem apenas 3 mesinhas no interior da loja, mas na parte externa tem uma área reservada com mesinhas e até com wi-fi. Eu adoro esse lugar!

MANO’S CAFÉ is a find and is located inside Boulevard Rio Shopping.
First-rate service, quiet environment, the attendants are always smiling and answer quickly. I live nearby and whenever I can stop by to have coffee with milk and eat the German Pie I love. As the store is small, it has only 3 tables inside the store, but outside there is a reserved area with tables and even wi-fi. I love this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre passei pelo local, mas nunca tinha me dado a oportunidade de sentar a mesa e experimentar o café. Hoje resolvi parar e tomar um café. Me arrependi completamente!! Pedi dois cafés expressos grandes e vieram dois pequenos, ao me queixar, vi o atendente falar com os demais funcionários que não foi nada disso, riram e não imagino o que fizeram, pois serviram dois cafés diferentes. Um bebivel e o outro parecia um chá. Atendimento ruim. Apenas uma sugestão, aprendam a lidar com o cliente e não percam mais consumidores, pois NÃO volto nunca mais
I always passed by the place, but I had never given myself the opportunity to sit at the table and try the coffee. Today I decided to stop and have a coffee. I completely regretted it!! I ordered two large espresso coffees and two small ones came, when I complained, I saw the attendant talking to the other employees that it was nothing like that, they laughed and I can't imagine what they did, because they served two different coffees. One drink and the other looked like tea. Bad service. Just a suggestion, learn to deal with the customer and don't lose more customers, because I will never come back

Mano's Café is a friendly coffee shop on Shopping Boulevard in Vila Isabel, Rio de Janeiro. Their pies are very good. Try a slice of Torta Bruna. It's delicious! To accompany there are several types of espresso or strained coffees. The location has all the amenities of the mall.
