Chegamos e o primeiro atendente, do pão e proteina, ficava apressando os clientes, apesar de estarmos em uma pandemia e precisarmos fazer distanciamento. Me senti muito exposto, com tanta gente se apertando em um espaço pequeno. Depois o caixa tentou enrolar a gente, dizendo que precisaríamos pedir um certo combo quando, na verdade, só queríamos a promção do dia.
É triste ver uma franquia perder o controle da qualidade dos franqueados assim.
As other people have posted here, the service is terrible.
We arrived and the first attendant, the bread and protein, was rushing the customers, despite the fact that we are in a pandemic and we need to distance ourselves. I felt very exposed, with so many people crammed into a small space. Then the cashier tried to trick us, saying that we would need to order a certain combo when, in fact, we just wanted the promotion of the day.
It's sad to see a franchise lose control of the quality of franchisees like that.
