★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, a vendedora não se deu o trabalho de levantar de onde estava para me atender, ficou escondida, nao me passou as informações direito e foi mal educada. Não indico para ninguém. Parece q tá fazendo um favor p gente.
Lousy service, the seller did not bother to get up from where she was to serve me, was hidden, did not give me the information right and was rude. I don't recommend it to anyone. Looks like you're doing us a favor.

Liguei antes de ir, perguntando se havia adesivo da Alltak, informaram que sim, fui até a loja (não entendia absolutamente nada) primeira pergunta foi corta na laser, sim corta, não me deram uma cor que eu pedi da marca que eu tinha solicitado, quando cheguei para cortar para minha surpresa não adesivava no mdf como a marca Alltak, abri todas as cores e nenhuma que me deram era da Alltak e sim de uma marca que eu não tinha pedido, enfim voltei na loja para pedir a troca , eles foram super mal educados, não fizeram a troca, pedi ao dono para entrar em contato comigo até hj espero, o próprio atendente disse que ele não entraria em contato, pois não iam trocar de jeito nenhum, perdi cliente, pois tinha que entregar naquele dia o material, n entreguei por conta de um erro da informação do atendente e não me deram a marca que eu havia solicitado, já abri uma reclamação no PROCON e obvio perderam uma e mais clientes, pois não indico. Fui super mal tratada , sendo que o erro foi deles.

I called before I went, asking if there was an Alltak sticker, they said yes, I went to the store (I didn't understand anything at all) first question was laser cut, yes cut, they didn't give me a color that I ordered from the brand I had requested , when I arrived to cut to my surprise, I didn’t stick it on the mdf like the Alltak brand, I opened all the colors and none that were given were from Alltak, but from a brand I hadn’t asked for, I finally went back to the store to ask for the exchange, they they were super rude, they didn’t make the exchange, I asked the owner to contact me until today I hope, the attendant himself said he wouldn’t contact them, as they wouldn’t change at all, I lost a client, because I had to deliver that day I didn’t deliver the material due to an error in the attendant’s information and they didn’t give me the brand I had requested, I already opened a complaint at PROCON and obviously lost one and more customers, as I don’t indicate. I was super badly treated, and it was their mistake.
