★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu celular entrou água no parque aquático. Assim que percebi fui procurar uma loja no centro e achei eles. Era uma sexta feira à tarde e conversando com os funcionários falei que voltaria para São Paulo no domingo.
Me disseram que a tela do aparelho tinha queimado e que seria só trocar. Afirmaram ainda que tinham a tela original do meu aparelho, pela qual cobraram 680 reais (depois descobri que a original custa o dobro disso).
Peguei o celular no dia seguinte, sábado, na hora que estavam fechando a loja. No mesmo dia percebi que várias funções não funcionavam, tal como a rotação de tela e o reconhecimento de digital. Mas a loja já tinha fechado.
Voltei pra casa e levei o celular numa autorizada, e então me disseram que a tela não era a original, por isso não funcionava direito.
Liguei pra Mapcell e eles disseram pra eu levar pra eles verem.
Resumindo, se seu celular entrar água e vc for de longe , nem perca tempo levando até eles , pois vão pôr uma tela paralela dizendo que é original, sabendo que vc estará a quilômetros de distância qdo descobrir.
My cell phone got water in the water park. As soon as I realized I went looking for a store downtown and found them. It was a Friday afternoon and talking to the employees I said that I would return to São Paulo on Sunday.
They told me that the screen of the device had burned out and that it would just be replaced. They also stated that they had the original screen of my device, for which they charged 680 reais (later I found out that the original costs twice that).
I picked up my cell phone the next day, Saturday, when the store was closing. On the same day I noticed that several functions did not work, such as screen rotation and fingerprint recognition. But the store had already closed.
I returned home and took my cell phone to a dealer, and then they told me that the screen was not the original one, so it didn't work properly.
I called Mapcell and they told me to take it for them to see.
In short, if your cell phone gets into the water and you go from afar, don't even waste time taking it to them, because they'll put a parallel screen saying it's original, knowing that you'll be miles away when you find out.
