Debitaram indevidamente R$1.818,00 da minha conta, foram avisados, meu corretor disse que reconheceram que foi errado, mas não me ligaram nem deram satisfação, não tenho nem data de quando serei ressarcida... enquanto isso meu dinheiro está lá parado, me trazendo inúmeros prejuízos e a empresa lucrando com ele!!! Já estive lá pessoalmente e só sabem pedir desculpas, não quero desculpas, quero meu dinheiro!!!
NAO CONTRATEM ESSA EMPRESA E NUNCA FORNEÇAM A ELES SEUS DADOS BANCÁRIOS, PODEM SER LESADOS COMO EU!!!
Too bad !!! They incorrectly debited R $ 1,818.00 from my account, they were advised, my broker said they recognized it was wrong, but they did not call me or give me satisfaction, I do not have or date when I will be reimbursed ... meanwhile my money is standing there, me bringing countless losses and the company profiting from it !!! I've been there in person and they only know how to apologize, I do not want any excuses, I want my money !!!
DO NOT CONTRACT THIS COMPANY AND NEVER PROVIDE THEM YOUR BANK DATA, MAY BE MISSED AS I DO !!!
