Péssimo! Marcaram comigo parte da manhã, depois de eu ligar o tec chegou 16:00(isso cobrando a taxa de 50,00) tinha falado o problema pra atendente e passado o modelo do fogão. Era pra trocar o registro eu que não sou tec. Sabia disso. Não tinha a peça disse que me ligaria na segunda me dar o orçamento. Não me ligaram na parte da manhã, então eu liguei, me deram um orçamento de 220,00.(já tinha pago os 50,00, então teria de pegar 170,00. Mais não sabiam se tinha peça ainda. Talvez na quarta ou demoraria uns 10 dias. Arrumei outro tec. Consertou na hora e me cobrou 150,00. Como a @Brastemp aceita empresa desse tipo pra trabalhar.

Terrible! They made an appointment with me in the morning, after I called the tec, it arrived at 4:00 pm (that charging the fee of 50.00) I had told the problem to the attendant and passed the model of the stove. I was supposed to change the record, I'm not a tec. I knew that. Didn't have the piece said he would call me on Monday to give me the quote. They didn’t call me in the morning, so I did, they gave me a budget of 220.00 (I had already paid 50.00, so I would have to collect 170.00. But they didn’t know if I had a piece yet. Maybe on Wednesday or it would take about 10 days. I got another technician, fixed it on time and charged me 150.00. How @Brastemp accepts a company of this type to work.
