★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O diagnóstico dos defeitos e o reparo foram muito bons. Teve um problema na montagem da lavadora quando retornou. Mas um técnico veio em casa e corrigiu rapidamente o problema com substituição do componentes danificado na montagem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reorganizei minha agenda para receber o técnico e avisei que no dia agendado não poderia recebe-lo durante determinado período por estar em um compromisso online. Avisei inclusive que não era nem para ligar. Pois bem, o técnico ligou quando não pude atender. A tarde liguei para perguntar se ele viria, me disseram que estava em Sumaré e passaria em seguida na minha casa. O dia terminou e ninguém veio. Péssimo atendimento por telefone e do tecnico
