Instalação de ar condicionado não é algo simples de ser feito, e senti muita honestidade nos funcionários, elencando opções para a instalação e apontando possíveis problemas. Foram super organizados e limpos durante e após a realização do trabalho. Possuem uma agenda concorrida, mas é compreensível e vale a espera.
Work very well done and honestly. Air conditioning installation is not a simple thing to do, and I felt a lot of honesty in the employees, listing options for installation and pointing out possible problems. They were super organized and clean during and after the work was done. They have a busy schedule, but it is understandable and worth the wait.

Rafael entrou em contato comigo e explicou ter tido um problema de saúde.
Verificou que o ar não tinha conserto pois tinha sofrido uma variação de energia com dano na placa.
Providenciei novo aparelho e a instalação foi feita por eles de maneira adequada.
Tudo ficou explicado e resolvido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 18/10/2021 entrei em contato com a empresa Maq Clima para resolver um problema do meu aparelho de ar condicionado que não estava gelando, fui atendido pelo senhor Rafael que prontamente me atendeu e agendou uma visita técnica para o dia posterior. Os técnicos verificaram meu equipamento e me informaram que estava acontecendo vazamento de gás na maquina condensadora, fizeram a carga e o equipamento voltou a gelar, prontamente paguei a quantidade de R$400 e finalizamos o atendimento. Neste momento começou meu martírio com a empresa, pois dois dias após a visita o ar condicionado voltou a apresentar o mesmo problema, entrei novamente em contato com o senhor Rafael para agendar nova visita, porem sem respostas, fui até a loja física e fui atendido pela Senhorita Fabiana, que após sucessivos agendamentos e não comparecimentos os técnicos voltaram ao meu apartamento no dia 19/11/2021 ou seja 1 mês depois do primeiro atendimento, agora nesse segundo atendimento, notaram vazamento no próprio equipamento instalado na minha sala, novamente fizeram o conserto e nova carga de gás, para minha surpresa, mesmo comportamento de não refrigerar. Liguei novamente para a empresa , que voltaram dia 08/12/2021 e condenaram a condensadora informando que a serpentina estava com problemas e não teria como garantir a manutenção e a solda realizada. Desde então estou solicitando o estorno do pagamento realizado, visto que meu problema inicial não foi corrigido e a empresa sempre fica com promessas de ligação e retorno e nada. Simplesmente uma falta de respeito com o consumidor.
On 10/18/2021 I contacted the Maq Clima company to solve a problem with my air conditioning unit that was not freezing, I was seen by Mr. Rafael who promptly attended me and scheduled a technical visit for the next day. The technicians checked my equipment and informed me that there was a gas leak in the condenser machine, they loaded it and the equipment went cold again, I promptly paid the amount of R$400 and we finished the service. At this point, my martyrdom with the company began, as two days after the visit the air conditioning had the same problem again, I contacted Mr. Rafael again to schedule a new visit, but with no answers, I went to the physical store and was assisted. by Miss Fabiana, who after successive appointments and no-shows, the technicians returned to my apartment on 11/19/2021, that is, 1 month after the first service, now in this second service, they noticed a leak in the equipment installed in my room, they again did the repair and new gas charge, to my surprise, same behavior of not refrigerating. I called the company again, who returned on 12/08/2021 and condemned the condenser, informing that the coil was in trouble and would not be able to guarantee the maintenance and welding performed. Since then I have been requesting the payment reversal, as my initial problem was not corrected and the company is always with promises of call and return and nothing. Simply a lack of respect for the consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inicialmente fizeram um bom trabalho. São ótimos para venda e instalação e péssimos para pós venda e manutenção. Fiz a instalação e fui informado que tinha garantia de 1 ano, com 10 meses fiz a higienização pq o ar estava com mal cheiro e não resolveu. Demoram pra responder, marcam horario e não cumprem. Resumindo, não recomendo a empresa. Pesquisem antes. Tomem cuidado.
Initially they did a good job. They are great for sale and installation and terrible for after sales and maintenance. I did the installation and was informed that it had a 1 year warranty, with 10 months I did the cleaning because the air was smelly and it didn't solve it. They take a long time to respond, make an appointment and don't comply. In short, I do not recommend the company. Search first. Be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em dezembro de 2021 eu chamei a empresa para arrumar meu ar condicionado que não estava gelando, de pronto eles atenderam e fizeram todo o serviço, fomos muito bem atendidos, no dia seguinte meu ar começou a pingar agua e não parou ate hoje 20/01/22. Liguei pedindo manutenção e eles disseram q eu seria atendido na sexta da mesma semana da ligação, faz duas semanas que estou esperando pelo atendimento e nenhuma parecer ate agora.
Ao meu ver a empresa funciona muito bem só ate receber, apos o recebimento se vc continuar tendo problemas eles simplesmente te ignoram!
sinceram me sinto enganada por esta empresa, o que é muito triste.
In December 2021 I called the company to fix my air conditioning which was not freezing, they immediately answered and did all the service, we were very well attended, the next day my air started to drip water and it didn't stop until today 01/20 /22. I called for maintenance and they said I would be answered on the Friday of the same week as the call, I've been waiting for two weeks for service and no opinion so far.
In my view, the company works very well only until you receive it, after receiving it, if you continue to have problems, they simply ignore you!
I honestly feel cheated by this company, which is very sad.
