★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalhei com a Maragogi Engenharia para o projeto arquitetonico e o alvara de construcao para um imovel de 2000 m2 em Maragogi.
A engenheira Barbara é uma excelente profissional: flexível, objetiva e que vai direto ao ponto. Uma daquelas pessoas que gosta de trabalhar com grandissima seriedade e honestidade. Sabe tudo sobre o que a prefeitura e os outros órgãos pedem e tivemos o projeto aprovado como ela tinha falado. Ela me ajudou muito tambem em outros aspectos nao ligados apenas ao projeto. Outra coisa muito importante: ela é ciente que nao pode saber tudo, entao quando percebe que tem um outro profisional que tem mais experiência sobre alguma atividade específica, ela avisa d'isso e nao tem problema em indicar o colega mais apto naquela situacao.
Tambem o colega dela, Martin, e' uma pessoa muito analitica, com profundo conhecimento de Autocad e muito perfectionista: ele so gosta de fazer as coisas bem feitas, ou nada! Ele foi extremamente prestativo e disponivel a fazer as modificações que foram necessarias, trabalhando ate durante o final de semana.
Em conclusao, dois profissionais que sabem muito bem o que eles fazem e que da prazer de trabalhar. Com certeza recomendo, para obras tanto de pequeno, quanto de medio porte.
 I worked with Maragogi Engenharia for the architectural design and construction permit for a 2000 m2 property in Maragogi.
Engineer Barbara is an excellent professional: flexible, objective and straight to the point. One of those people who likes to work with great seriousness and honesty. She knows everything about what the city hall and other bodies are asking for and we had the project approved as she said. She helped me a lot in other aspects too, not just related to the project. Another very important thing: she is aware that she cannot know everything, so when she realizes that there is another professional who has more experience in a specific activity, she warns of this and has no problem indicating the most suitable colleague in that situation.
Her colleague Martin is also a very analytical person, with a deep knowledge of Autocad and a very perfectionist: he just likes to do things well, or nothing! He was extremely helpful and available to make the necessary changes, working even during the weekend.
In conclusion, two professionals who know very well what they do and who are a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend it for both small and medium-sized works.
