Pena que o mesmo não posso falar da gerente, (vez questão de demonstrar que possui o cargo, como se isso fosse me trazer algum medo). Desde o começo do atendimento, logo na entrada vi que sua expressão não era das mais amigáveis, entrei dei bom dia, e simplesmente ignorou completamente. Pegou o código de rastreio, informou que não poderia retirar, já que o objeto estava no nome de terceiro, exigiu uma documentação que autorizasse a retirada. Ok, assim foi feito. Quando voltei novamente ao correio com a procuração, se recusou a me atender, jogou para seu subordinado (tadinho, é tão educado). Passei a procuração para ele, quando questionei a "gerente" começou a me chamar de "querida", profissionalismo zero, discutimos e ok, retirei a documentação. Quando estava saindo da rua onde fica localizado o correio, o subordinado dela veio atrás de mim, totalmente constrangido pedindo a minha encomenda de volta, pois teria que levar a documentação autenticada para os correios. (Depois eu quem levo pro pessoal hein, dona gerente kkkk) . Beleza, assim fiz. Quando cheguei, mais uma vez a gerente que estava no atendimento recusou a me atender, passei a procuração para o rapaz mais uma vez, ele me passou a encomenda. Como a documentação era original, eu solicitei que ele tirasse uma cópia ou scaneasse a documentação para ficar nos arquivos dos correios, o rapaz constrangido disse que não havia IMPRESSORA nos CORREIOS!!! Com uma impressora bem atrás dele, Que profissionalismo hein dona gerente, mandar teu subordinado falar que não tem impressora nos CORREIOS!
Só espero que tenha guardado ou anexado a procuração, até pq é valida por UM ANO! Espero que não me exija nenhuma procuração ou documentação antes desse período.

Too bad I can't talk about the manager (instead of demonstrating that he has the position, as if that would bring me some fear). Since the beginning of the service, right at the entrance I saw that his expression was not the friendliest, I went in, said good morning, and simply ignored it completely. He took the tracking code, informed that he could not remove it, since the object was in the name of a third party, he demanded documentation authorizing the removal. Okay, so it was done. When I went back to the post office again with the power of attorney, he refused to answer me, threw it to his subordinate (poor, he's so polite). I passed the power of attorney to him, when I questioned the "manager" he started calling me "dear", zero professionalism, we discussed and ok, I removed the documentation. As I was leaving the street where the post office is located, her subordinate came up behind me, totally embarrassed to ask for my order back, as I would have to take the notarized documentation to the post office. (Then I'll take it to everyone, huh, manager kkkk) . Okay, so I did. When I arrived, once again the manager who was in attendance refused to assist me, I gave the boy the power of attorney once again, he handed me the order. As the documentation was original, I asked him to take a copy or scan the documentation to stay in the post office files, the embarrassed guy said that there was no PRINTER in the POST OFFICE!!! With a printer right behind him, What professionalism huh manager, send your subordinate to say that there is no printer in the POST OFFICE!
I just hope you have saved or attached the power of attorney, even because it is valid for ONE YEAR! I hope you don't require me to do any power of attorney or documentation before that time.
