Mas o passeio para as piscinas naturais das Gales foi feito em horário que não respeitou a tabua das marés. Fomos 13h30 e a maré atingiria 0.5 m as 15h30.
No mais bem organizado e com cortesia.
The service was good.
But the trip to the natural pools of Wales was made at a time that did not respect the tide table. We went at 1:30 pm and the tide would reach 0.5 m at 3:30 pm.

Compramos um pacote para 2h nos corais, não nos passaram o endereço de saída, e qndo reclamamos, o pessoal da agência nem sabia, enviamos foto do recibo para comprovação, aí passaram o endereço já tinha passado o horário da saída da lancha, o motorista nos esperou, saímos 30min depois do horário progamado. Ficamos por volta de 1h nos corais e o motorista já nos chamou para o retorno. Achamos um desrespeito, pois pagamos por 2h. E fomos penalizadas por um erro deles. Fomos reclamar de volta na agência e nem deram bola, falaram q foi um erro deles, mas não tomaram nem uma providência.

We bought a package for 2h in the corals, they did not give us the departure address, and when we complained, the agency staff didn’t even know, we sent a photo of the receipt for proof, then they passed the address past the launch time, the driver waited for us, we left 30 minutes after the scheduled time. We stayed around 1h in the corals and the driver already called us for the return. We found it disrespectful because we paid for 2 hours. And we were penalized for their mistake. We went to complain back at the agency and didn't even care, they said it was their mistake, but they didn't take any action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos nosso transfer Maceió/Maragogi e Maragogi/Maceió, agora em Dezembro tudo certo! Ao chegar no aeroporto o motorista já estava lá esperando. Viagem foi rápida e tranquila, motorista educado e prestativo!
A volta foi a mesma coisa, na hora marcada o motorista estava lá.
O preço também foi muito mais barato que as demais empresas que fazem esse serviço.
O pessoal que atende via watsapp também muito rápidos e educados!
Recomendo a Agência!
We bought our transfer Maceió / Maragogi and Maragogi / Maceió, now in December all right! Upon arriving at the airport the driver was already there waiting. Trip was quick and quiet, driver polite and helpful!
The return was the same, at the scheduled time the driver was there.
The price was also much cheaper than other companies that do this service.
The staff who answer via watsapp also very fast and polite!
Highly recommend the agency!
