★ ★ ★ ★ ★ agendei transfer para dia 11 de setembro, com antecedência, via whatsappdo site 82 98220 2588, ao sair de Brasília confirmei q vôo estava no horário, ao chegar à Recife o transfer não veio. Todos os telefones do site não respondiam a ligações. mandei mensagem pelo whatsapp e nenhuma resposta. Tudo registrado e gravado, já estão sendo tomadas as medidas legais.
I scheduled a transfer for September 11th, in advance, via whatsapp on the website 82 98220 2588, when leaving Brasília I confirmed that the flight was on time, when arriving in Recife the transfer did not come. All phones on the site did not respond to calls. I sent a message through whatsapp and no reply. All recorded and recorded, legal measures are already being taken.

Ao sair de Brasilia a empresa foi notificada via whatsapp q o voo estava no horario. Ao chegar em Recife nao havia nenhum carro, foram tentados varios contatos em todos os telefones do site e via whatsapp sem resposta. Alugamos outra conducao e ja tomamos as medidas legais cabiveis.
We booked two cars for Maragogi through whatsapp on the website 82 98220 2588, q being confirmed. Upon leaving Brasilia the company was notified via whatsapp that the flight was on time. When arriving in Recife there was no car, several contacts were tried on all phones on the website and via whatsapp without reply. We rented another conduit and have already taken the appropriate legal measures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz reservas do passeio de buggy para um grupo, os bugueiros estavam.lá, mas o receptivo não enviou nenhum funcionário para mos receber, como foi prometido. Segundo o proprietário eles disponibilizariam um guia para nos receber. Eles sabem vender, mas não recepcionam bem.
I made reservations for the buggy tour for a group, the buggy drivers were there, but the receptionist didn't send any employee to meet me, as promised. According to the owner, they would provide a guide to receive us. They know how to sell, but they don't welcome.
