Estamos redecorando a casa, e temos comprado tintas e acessórios. Meu marido foi trocar um Primer para Metais que tinha entupido e estava ruim. Ao contar o caso, o vendedor em vez de verificar e explicar ficou debochando dele e gastando toda a tinta, alegando que tinha sido mal uso e não iriam trocar .
Pois bem, em um momento de distanciamento social, onde estamos todos nos virando sozinhos, um vendedor deveria no mínimo ser educado e explicar e não ser ignorante assim. Embora eu tenha feito tudo segundo o manual e o problema era mesmo da válvula spray que foi trocada.
Em tempos de pandemia, onde o emprego está escasso e as pessoas estão se reinventando, ter um vendedor que afasta clientes e é grosseiro, é um atraso para um negócio que deveria prezar pelo atendimento por ser um dos poucos abertos.
Nunca mais piso lá e avisarei ao maior número de pessoas possíveis sobre o mal atendimento.
DON'T BUY AT GOMES FREIRE STORE
We are redecorating the house, and we have been buying paints and accessories. My husband went to change a Primer for Metals that had clogged and was bad. When telling the case, the seller instead of checking and explaining was making fun of him and wasting all the ink, claiming that it had been misused and they would not change it.
Well, in a moment of social detachment, where we are all making ends meet, a salesperson should at least be polite and explain and not be ignorant like that. Although I did everything according to the manual and the problem was really the spray valve that was changed.
In times of pandemic, where employment is scarce and people are reinventing themselves, having a salesperson who alienates customers and is rude, is a delay for a business that should cherish service because it is one of the few open.
I will never step there again and I will notify as many people as possible about the poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Mais de 25 minutos para entregar uma tinta que não foi barata e já estava paga, sob a alegação de que o funcionário tinha ido buscar o produto. Depois o funcionário (sem máscara, assim como outros que lá estavam) apareceu, fazendo graça, pedindo calma ( depois de quase meia hora de espera infundada) e pegou a tinta que estava na porta da loja. Quer dizer, diversos funcionários ficaram à toa, quando poderiam facilitar a entrega. Nunca mas repito a compra ali.
Lousy service. More than 25 minutes to deliver an ink that was not cheap and was already paid for, on the grounds that the employee had gone to get the product. Then the employee (without a mask, as well as others who were there) appeared, making fun, asking for calm (after almost half an hour of unfounded waiting) and took the paint that was on the door of the store. That is, several employees were idle, when they could facilitate delivery. Never but I repeat the purchase there.

Possui estacionamento na esquina e é possível parar em frente para guardar as mercadorias no carro.
I was well attended by Alex. The store had everything I needed and prices are good.
It has parking on the corner and it is possible to stop in front to store goods in the car.

A Karolina nos atende com muito carinho de assim eles se tornaram a principal fornecedora varejista em itens de pintura do Grupo RJ Engenharia e Arquitetura.
The store competes with the big chains in terms of finishing material and wins in service, agility and draws on price, when it doesn't win! Karolina takes care of us with great care and thus they became the main retail supplier of painting items for Grupo RJ Engenharia e Arquitetura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já quase 3 anos comprando tinta lá. Melhor benefício. Hj um galão da Novacor estava por menos de R$76 enquanto outras lojas já estava por R$96, mais ou menos.
It's been almost 3 years buying paint there. Best benefit. Today a gallon of Novacor was for less than R$76 while other stores were already for R$96, more or less.
