They sell exactly the paint with the color of your car. Just have the photo of that sticker on the car's column.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava procurando uma cor específica para parede, seguindo o projeto do meu escritório.
Na loja os funcionários me auxiliaram e escolhemos o tom da tinta que foi feita na hora.
Ao pintar a parede do escritório, o tom ficou completamente diferente do desejado.
Esperei a secagem da tinta para correta visualização e realmente o tom destoou muito do planejado.
Retornei ao estabelecimento e lá foi constatado que a tinta foi feita de maneira equivocada e apontaram um defeito na máquina ou erro do operador.
Foi feita uma nova tinta, dessa vez no tom correto, porém me cobraram o valor da lata.
Me deram 5 reais de desconto sob o argumento de que estariam "me adiantando" nas palavras dos responsáveis.
Como eu precisava finalizar o escritório e atender meus clientes, 70 reais não me fizeram falta. Também tenho certeza que não aumentou o faturamento da loja mas demonstrou exatamente o que esperar do pós venda deles.
Ganharam 2 vezes e me prejudicaram pois fiquei dias a mais para finalizar o escritório, além da cobrança abusiva que cabia até o ajuizamento de uma ação consumerista.
Não recomendo a ninguém.
Se queimaram por pouco. Típico estereótipo do brasileiro que quer se dar bem a qualquer custo.
Faço questão de informar a todos os possíveis clientes do tipo de empresa que a Tintocar é.
I was looking for a wall-specific color, following the design of my office.
In the store the employees helped me and we chose the tone of the ink that was made on the spot.
When painting the office wall, the tone was completely different than desired.
I waited to dry the ink for correct visualization and the tone really did not quite work out.
I returned to the establishment and it was verified that the ink was made in the wrong way and pointed out a defect in the machine or operator error.
A new paint was made, this time in the correct tone, but they charged me the value of the can.
They gave me 5 reais discount on the grounds that they were "getting ahead" in the words of those responsible.
As I needed to finish the office and serve my clients, 70 reais did not need me. I'm also sure that it did not increase the store's billing but it showed exactly what to expect from the after sales of them.
They won 2 times and hurt me because I spent more days to finish the office, besides the abusive collection that was due to the filing of a consumer action.
Would not recommend to anyone.
They almost burned. A typical stereotype of the Brazilian who wants to get well at any cost.
I would like to inform all possible clients of the type of company that Tintocar is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior loja! Venderam uma tinta com pigmento genérico, usando a base de marcas trocadas apenas para não perder a venda. Desconfiando da qualidade da tinta e da variação da cor que era absurda em relação ao catálogo, liguei para a fábrica e fui informada que se tratava de venda fraudulenta e que a loja deveria não só devolver o meu dinheiro, mas que eu deveria abrir um protocolo para descredenciamento da mesma. Sem contar que para poder receber o meu dinheiro de volta, o gerente nunca estava na loja. O funcionário dizendo que não podia ligar pro gerente e que eu aguardasse a volta dele, sem ao menos ter uma previsão de quando isso aconteceria. Falta de respeito, descaso, sem contar com o despreparo e a má fé.
Worst store ever! They sold a paint with generic pigment, using the basis of exchanged brands just so as not to lose the sale. Suspecting the quality of the paint and the color variation that was absurd in relation to the catalog, I called the factory and was informed that it was a fraudulent sale and that the store should not only return my money, but that I should open a protocol for disqualification. Not to mention that in order to receive my money back, the manager was never in the store. The employee saying that I couldn't call the manager and that I would wait for him to come back, without even having a prediction of when that would happen. Lack of respect, neglect, not counting unpreparedness and bad faith.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprei lá desde muito tempo, ano passado pedi pra fazer 1/4 de uma tinta automotiva e não ficou boa (a tinta ficou fosca). Voltei lá e o vendedor que fez a tinta mexeu na tinta e não conseguiu acertar. Conclusão fiquei com esse 1/4 de tinta perdida e não recebi a grana de volta.
Mas mesmo assim continue comprado lá como sempre fiz ,essa semana precisei fazer umas tintas automotivas e o vendedor se recusou a fazer quando pedi que ele fizesse a a tinta da certo , amesma tinta que ele não conseguiu acertar da outra vez. Simplesmente falou que era melhor não fazer e depois quando insisti ele disse que tinha acabado a laca ,sendo que a minutos atrás tinha acertado de fazer, só desistiu quando falei que era pra acertar a tinta.
I've always bought there for a long time, last year I asked to make 1/4 of an automotive paint and it wasn't good (the paint was matte). I went back there and the salesman who made the ink moved the ink and couldn't get it right. Conclusion I got this 1/4 of lost ink and didn't get the money back.
But even so, keep buying there as I always did, this week I needed to make some automotive paints and the seller refused to do it when I asked him to do the right paint, the same paint he couldn't get right the other time. He simply said that it was better not to do it and then when I insisted he said he had finished the lacquer, and a few minutes ago he had agreed to do it, he only gave up when I said it was to fix the paint.
