Mas precisei trocar a tela de uma TV LG 32', mandei as fotos demonstrando o modelo e vídeos dela ligada, me confirmaram que eles a tinham a tela pra troca e resolvi levar o aparelho. Horas depois me informaram que a tela que eles tinham não era compatível, que não tinham previsão de quando teria a tela correta e que não teria o que fazer com a TV. Eles até têm outras TVs pra venda mas só parcela em 3x sem juros.Perdi tempo, dinheiro e a viagem.
I even liked the service, they don't take long to answer questions via zap. But I needed to change the screen of a 32' LG TV, I sent the photos demonstrating the model and videos of it connected, they confirmed that they had the screen to change and I decided to take the device. Hours later they informed me that the screen they had was not compatible, that they had no prediction of when I would have the correct screen, and that there would be nothing to do with the TV. They even have other TVs for sale but only installments in 3 installments without interest. I lost time, money and travel.
