★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O banda q tocou é boa. A bebida demora muito pra chegar. O combo de wiski não vai gelo de coco. E se liga no wiski q eu paguei 400 conto, espumando mais q cerveja.

Mas o atendimento é caótico, chega ser frustrante.
Reservei a mesa para celebrar meu aniversário, mesa para 15 pessoas , colocaram 8 cadeiras.
As funcionárias são totalmente despreparadas e a grande maioria não tem o mínimo de educação.
Os pedidos vem frio ( no meu caso a batata e uma porção de frango). As torre de chop veio quebrada e quente.
Foi totalmente desagradável. Pra ganhar o brinde de aniversariante ( que ELES informam no WhatsApp) foi uma humilhação sem fim.
O gerente é praticamente uma piada, não tem educação, não sabe conversar e não resolve absolutamente NADA.
É um erro atrás do outro, parece até um delírio coletivo.
Atendimento RIDÍCULO, uma estrutura maravilhosa, mas não compensa.
As pessoas pagam para serem humilhadas.
O desaforo é tão grande, que uma funcionária da tabacaria ( que deveria ser demitida, inclusive) GRITOU E EMPURROU a minha amiga.
O caixa e o bar não funcionam.
Grotesco, não recomendo para ninguém e estou envergonhada de ter convidado os meus amigos para esse lugar.
The environment is really beautiful.
But the service is chaotic, it gets frustrating.
I booked the table to celebrate my birthday, table for 15 people, they put 8 chairs.
The employees are totally unprepared and the vast majority do not have the least education.
The orders come cold (in my case the potato and a portion of chicken). The chop tower came broken and hot.
It was totally unpleasant. To win the birthday gift (which THEY inform on WhatsApp) was an endless humiliation.
The manager is practically a joke, has no manners, doesn't know how to talk and solves absolutely NOTHING.
It's one mistake after another, it even seems like a collective delusion.
RIDICULOUS service, a wonderful structure, but not worth it.
People pay to be humiliated.
The insult is so great, that a tobacconist employee (who should be fired, even) SCREAM AND PUSH my friend.
The cashier and bar do not work.
Grotesque, I don't recommend it to anyone and I'm ashamed to have invited my friends to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é bem movimentado, quem gosta de mais movimento para dançar perto do palco, pode ficar no primeiro andar, agora quem gosta de sentar e mais "sossego" o segundo andar é uma boa opção (porém, precisa pagar um valor a mais).
Lá os homens respeitam muito, ao menos no dia que eu fui foi assim.
Os valores de bebida e comida estão na média de preço.
O lugar é bonito e a música é boa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava com muita vontade de comer uma picanha, para não ter o trabalho de fazer fui conhecer o espeto Bar onde fui bem recepcionado pelos atendente, no cardápio um prato de 140,00 de picanha, fui informado que viria 3 bifes, mais para minha surpresa, veio uns bifes duro, fino e sem capa de gordura, fui falar com gerente Álvaro, pois não foi um prato barato e aparência feia que nem de picanha parecia, mais ele apenas falou quer que trago mais um bife, apenas queria que fosse realmente picanha. infelizmente minha visita foi trágica e não sendo um local bom para refeições. Obs ainda bem veio o pão que estava no cardápio e o arroz foi aparte.
