Rapaz, o cara é desenrolado, ficou no telefone buscando taxa de financiamento pra mim e só tenho que elogiar! Quando a loja, possuem o preço um pouco acima da média mas vale a pena se vc não quiser ter dor de cabeça, eles resolvem tudo, te auxiliam, só falta pegar no colo e por pra dormir. Certamente o primeiro local que irei quando for trocar novamente será lá!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para comprar carros. Fiquei impressionado com o cuidado e com o check-up geral que deram no meu carro, inclusive com o mecânico deles para entregar. Não deixaram eu levar o carro até estar tudo ok. Viram que o óleo precisava ser trocado e o filtro de combustível. Fizeram isso pela conta deles para entregar o carro com o padrão de qualidade deles. Uma outra coisa que me surpreendeu foi eles terem entrado em contato comigo uns dias depois para avisar que cometeram um equívoco e sem querer me cobraram a mais um valor relacionado a um débito do meu carro anterior. Pediram desculpas e pediram os dados para fazerem o estorno. Isso foi de iniciativa deles, eu nem tinha notado. Recomendo bastante a todos.
Excellent place to buy cars. I was impressed with the care and general check-up they gave my car, including their mechanic to deliver it. They wouldn't let me take the car until everything was ok. They saw that the oil needed to be changed and the fuel filter. They did it on their own to deliver the car to their standard of quality. Another thing that surprised me was that they contacted me a few days later to let me know that they made a mistake and inadvertently charged me an additional amount related to a debt on my previous car. They apologized and asked for the data to make the chargeback. This was their initiative, I hadn't even noticed. I highly recommend it to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquiri um veículo usado na Marauto no início de 2022 e fui muito bem atendido pela equipe, em particular pelo Anderson. Atendimento rápido, claro, honesto e gentil. Além do momento da venda, o pós-venda tem sido bastante satisfatório. Com duas semanas de uso o veículo apresentou um pequeno defeito que foi prontamente resolvido pela concessionária, inclusive com acompanhamento posterior feito pelo Anderson. Tanto na venda quanto no pós-venda, todos os prazos de entrega foram cumpridos. Recomendo a todos que estejam em busca de um veículo usado que busquem a Marauto.
I purchased a used vehicle from Marauto at the beginning of 2022 and was very well taken care of by the team, in particular by Anderson. Fast, clear, honest and kind service. In addition to the time of sale, the after-sales has been quite satisfactory. After two weeks of use, the vehicle had a small defect that was promptly resolved by the dealership, including a later follow-up by Anderson.
