Na revisão dos 15.000 km foi aberta uma Ordem de Serviço para trocar o cilindro de ignição e desde então venho travando uma batalha para concluírem o processo, o que não aconteceu até o momento.
Parece novela mexicana, é Inacreditável a falta de consideração e respeito com um cliente Fidelizado, que atualmente possui 2 carros da marca GM e é cliente desde 1998.
Cada hora é uma desculpa, já fiz a revisão dos 30.000 km, já estamos superando a pandemia da Covid e solução que é Bom nada.
Não existe o pós venda, os responsáveis Não dão Retorno Nunca, Não existe acompanhamento, qdo facos as revisões e cobro uma posição, aí é que demonstram alguma pró atividade, porém, como relatei anteriormente Solução que é bom Nada.
Porém, como é um direito e não abro mão, vou cobrar até que solucionem o problema.
Por último , sugiro fazerem um curso na Concessionária Haysa de Niterói, mais especificamente com a Equipe de Acessórios, pois em 2019 contratei uma vitrificação da pintura e ao longo desses anos em duas oportunidades fiz a manutenção prevista na garantia, e atesto que o Atendimento Simplesmente foi IMPECÁVEL, a recepção e entrega do veículo ocorreram na data e hora marcados, com uma pontualidade britânica, ou seja, Atendimento A+, onde o lema " O Cliente é a Nossa Meta é pensando nele é que Devemos Sempre fazer o Melhor " é cumprido ao pé da letra.
Diante do exposto, aguardo uma solução pois do contrário serei compelido a tomar as medidas judiciais cabíveis.
