Tudo de excelente qualidade e a instalação foi muito bem feita. Destaco também o atendimento prestado por Rafael e Junior! Atendimento atencioso e muito gentil. Virei fã da loja, com certeza!
I was very satisfied with the products purchased and the service provided. I put laminate flooring in one room and a vertical blind in another. They were great! Everything was of excellent quality and the installation was very well done. I also highlight the service provided by Rafael and Junior! Attentive and very kind service. Mandei um pedido de orçamento pelo site da empresa e, após 5 dias, ainda não tinham feito o serviço e sequer entrado em contato para agendar possível visita. Pior que isso, ao relatar o problema aqui no site Google Maps (que é uma ferramenta de AVALIAÇÃO), fui contactado por uma pessoa chamada Rafael que, aos berros, me ameaçou de "processo" caso eu não retirasse a avaliação do site. Oi? Coitado....sabe de nada! Não recomendo !
How was your experience with the company? Not good. The company is "curled up", it has no agenda, no time management. I sent a quote request through the company's website and, after 5 days, they still hadn't done the service and hadn't even contacted me to schedule a possible visit. Worse than that, when reporting the problem here on the Google Maps site (which is an EVALUATION tool), I was contacted by a person named Rafael who, screaming, threatened me with "prosecution" if I didn't withdraw the evaluation from the site. Hi? Poor thing....you know nothing! I do not recommend !
