Após atraso na entrega, recebi as bancadas encomendadas e pagas, em 01/07/21. As peças chegaram cheias de buracos na superfície do granito, com péssimo acabamento (mal coladas, bordas mal cortadas/quebradas por baixo, cortes para acomodar cooktop executados sem capricho, arranhões...). Devolvidas, as bancadas foram entregues pela segunda vez em 09/07. Nota-se claramente que tratam-se das mesmíssimas peças anteriores, apenas "maquiadas" - fotos e vídeos comprovam o fato. Novamente, por óbvio, recusadas, solicitei o cancelamento da operação e devolução das cubas inox confiadas. Aguardo há alguns dias, sem resposta.
 I'm not having a good experience.
After a delay in delivery, I received the benches ordered and paid for, on 07/01/21. The pieces arrived full of holes in the granite surface, with poor finish (poorly glued, badly cut/broken edges underneath, cuts to accommodate cooktops executed without care, scratches...). Returned, the benches were delivered for the second time on 07/09. It is clearly noted that these are the very same previous pieces, only "made up" - photos and videos prove the fact. Again, obviously, refused, I requested the cancellation of the operation and return of the stainless steel vats entrusted to them. I have been waiting for a few days, no response.

Adquiri uma bancada de cozinha com península, bancadas de banheiro e soleiras e filetes. O atendimento foi excelente: rápido, eficaz e com um excelente custo/ benefício. Além disso, Carla e Adriana indicaram detalhes que garantiram que o acabamento ficasse perfeito, conhecendo muito dos materiais que comercializam. O Sr Ricardo, que fez a medição das peças, além de muito gentil e paciente, foi muito eficiente. Discutiu pessoalmente os detalhes comigo, propondo soluções que contribuiram para o efeito final das bancadas. Os produtos chegaram no prazo combinado, quando não antes do mesmo. Contratamos a instalação da bancada da cozinha e ficou excelente. Os rapazes foram cuidadosos e o serviço ficou impecável. Indico com toda certeza!

De pronto já fui bem atendida via Whatsapp e tive todas as informações que precisava.
Acabei fechando e o atendimento da Carla foi primordial para que eu concluísse minha compra. Ela me passou as informações mais que necessárias sobre custo x benefício para o que eu necessitava.
A entrega foi feita no dia marcado, o que contou muito.

I don't usually buy from places that I didn't recommend, but as I couldn't get any indication to give me a return, I decided to take the risk and search on Google.
Immediately I was well attended via Whatsapp and had all the information I needed.
I ended up closing it and Carla's service was essential for me to complete my purchase. She gave me the most necessary information about cost-benefit for what I needed.
Delivery was made on the appointed day, which counted for a lot.
I definitely recommend it to anyone in need.
