★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, solicitei orçamento para um determinado produto, não me enviaram o orçamento solicitado, ficaram jogando de funcionario para funcionário, achando que tenho tempo para ficar jogando peteca e a minha cliente desistiu, visualizaram minhas mensagens e não responderam, ligo no telefone fixo também não sou atendida. Imagino se eles demoram para enviar o orçamento imagina se estivessem encomendado o material. SÓ ESTOU DANDO UMA ESTRELA PARA PODER POSTAR, pois não merecem nenhuma.
Bad service, I asked for a quote for a certain product, they didn't send me the requested quote, they kept playing from employee to employee, thinking I have time to play shuttlecock and my client gave up, they saw my messages and didn't answer, I call the landline too I am not served. I wonder if they take a long time to send the quote imagine if they had ordered the material. I'M ONLY GIVING ONE STAR TO BE ABLE TO POST, because they don't deserve any.
