★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi pessimo pq a secretaria me disse uma data por telefone e quando cheguei la ela me disse q era outra e minha esposa nao foi atendida ( sera que era pq seria retorno e meu dinheiro eles ja haviam pego) e nao mostrou nem um enteresse eu resolver o problema, a secretaria quando questionada q ela poderia ter errado ela me disse q seria a palavra dela contra a minha, enfim me senti lesado por nao poder mostrar os exames q tambem paguei para fazer assim como a consulta.
 It was bad because the secretary told me a date by phone and when I got there she told me it was another one and my wife was not answered (maybe it was because it would be a return and they had already taken my money) and she didn't even show interest in me solving it the problem, the secretary, when asked that she could have been wrong, she told me that it would be her word against mine, in short, I felt wronged for not being able to show the exams that I also paid to do as well as the consultation.
