★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar para se negociar um veiculo, sem compromisso nenhum com os clientes, enrolam para entregar documentos um verdadeiro descaso com o cliente. Não sei como ainda não fecharam essa agencia.
Bad place to negotiate a vehicle, with no commitment whatsoever to customers, they roll up to deliver documents a real disregard for the customer. I don't know how they haven't closed this agency yet.

Nenhum dos telefones que eles divulgam na internet existem, nenhum dos celulares que os vendedores divulgam na OLX atendem, não respondem Whatsapp, não respondem o chat da OLX... Não sei pra que fazem anúncio se não vão responder. Tem 4 dias que estou tentando falar com alguém nessa agência. Se para atender está assim, imagina para negociar!!!
Terrible attendance. None of the phones that they advertise on the internet exist, none of the phones that sellers advertise on OLX answer, they don't answer Whatsapp, they don't answer the OLX chat ... I don't know why they make an announcement if they won't answer. I have been trying to talk to someone at this agency for 4 days. If to answer is like this, imagine to negotiate !!!
