★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem Ruim! Horário de retirada dos exames apenas das 13:00 as 17:00. O meu exame ficou dias "esperando o médico assinar". Por que tanta demora? Será que ele estava com algum probema na mão?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O medico é bom e o atendimento (as atendentes) também. só peca no quesito espera, pois, nas duas vezes em que eu fui, o horario marcado nao foi respeitado chegando a mais de 40 minutos. se isso for acertado ficará muito bom.
The doctor is good and the service (the attendants) too. just ask in terms of waiting, because, the two times I went, the scheduled time was not respected reaching more than 40 minutes. if this is agreed it will be very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O tempo de espera, e o atraso do horário marcado é de mais de uma hora, no meu caso o paciente não estava bem, estava com muita dor, e mesmo assim passou mais de hora na cadeira esperando ser chamado.
O único ponto negativo é este o atraso e a demora de horas para ser chamado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O exame em si foi normal porém na retirada do exame, foi péssimo. Liguei antes para confirmar o horário para a retirada e.me informaram que era a partir das 13h. Cheguei e me deparei com as portas fechadas e uma placa informando que o atendimento era somente a partir das 13.35h. Fiquei 40min no sol esperando abrir pois só voltaram as 13.40h. Ainda por cima fui mal atendido pela recepção pois fui pontuar sobre o ocorrido e ela não foi nada educada, sendo extremamente grossa e ainda me dizendo que era para eu reclamar com o dr.
The exam itself was normal, but when the exam was withdrawn, it was terrible. I called ahead to confirm the pick up time and they told me it was from 1pm. I arrived and found the doors closed and a sign stating that the service was only from 1:35 pm. I stayed in the sun for 40min waiting for it to open because they only returned at 1:40pm. On top of that, I was poorly attended by the reception because I went to point out what happened and she was not polite at all, being extremely rude and still telling me that I was supposed to complain to Dr.
