Entrei em umas 4 ou 5 lojas antes de entrar na Marcio Moto e posso assegura que em nenhuma das outras fui tão bem atendido.
Claro que o produto tem que ser o que desejamos, mas também levo em consideração o atendimento e muitas vezes prefiro não levar o produto que quero se não for bem atendido.
Mas não foi o que ocorreu na Marcio Moto, fui tão bem atendido, e aproveitando que também tinham o produto do meu desejo, finalizei a busca ali mesmo.
Qualidade em todos os sentidos nos produtos e no atendimento, me senti em casa durante minha compra, e isso foi o diferencial.
Obrigado Marcio pelo atendimento e pelos funcionários.
I was looking for a specific bike, but wasn't quite sure where to buy it.
I went into about 4 or 5 stores before entering Marcio Moto and I can assure you that in none of the others I was so well attended.
Of course, the product has to be what we want, but I also consider the service and many times I prefer not to take the product I want if it is not well attended to.
But that was not what happened at Marcio Moto, I was so well attended, and taking advantage of the fact that they also had the product of my desire, I ended the search right there.
Quality in every way in the products and in the service, I felt at home during my purchase, and that was the differential.
