★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mas é nunca que vou comprar uma moto nesse lugar.. Justifico!!! Certa vez sai para comprar uma moto Tenere 250 vc. Havia uma logo na entrada, precisamente no meio da loja. A cor era que eu gostava, laranja. De perto vi vários riscos, pneu mais gasto que meia vida, pontos de ferrugem, enfim. Mesmo não gostando do que vi, mas, respeitando o vendedor obviamente, perguntei a ele: Vocês fazem a troca do que esta gasto ou ruim na moto? Ele me respondeu; Se precisar sim?. Não perdi maís meu tempo e antes de sair olhei as motos que estavam armazenados no fundo da loja, e outras de modo geral . Pude notar que, tinha motos com pneu murcho, motos que estava sendo ligada pra um outro cliente, e não tinha bateria ?. Enfim, acho que ninguém merece ser tratado com cinismo, mentira, e sobretudo se ausentar da obrigatória responsabilidade de vender um produto naquele estado, podendo colocar a vida de uma pessoa em risco. Agora pergunto? É errado eu escrever essa experiência desagradável que parece ser habitual da loja ou ficar quieto, e, permitir que outras pessoas leiam e tirem suas conclusões? Ainda vivemos num regime democrático, onde as pessoas podem expressar sua experiência, contribuindo para melhores ou mais acertadas escolhas para ambas as partes. Ando de moto ha 20 anos, acho que vale a opinião É isso. Agradeço muito o feedback e sugiro uma melhor administração. Obrigado.
 But I'm never going to buy a motorcycle in this place... I justify it!!! I once went out to buy a Tenere 250 vc motorcycle. There was a logo at the entrance, right in the middle of the store. The color was what I liked, orange. Up close I saw several scratches, tire more worn than half life, rust spots, well. Even though I didn't like what I saw, but respecting the seller obviously, I asked him: Do you exchange what is worn or bad on the bike? He answered me; If you need it, yes?. I didn't waste my time anymore and before leaving I looked at the bikes that were stored in the back of the store, and others in general. I could see that there were motorcycles with flat tires, motorcycles that were being connected to another customer, and there was no battery ?. Anyway, I think that no one deserves to be treated with cynicism, lies, and above all to be absent from the mandatory responsibility of selling a product in that state, which could put a person's life at risk. Now I ask? Is it wrong for me to write down this unpleasant experience that seems to be a regular at the store or just keep quiet, and allow other people to read it and draw their conclusions? We still live in a democratic regime, where people can express their experience, contributing to better or more correct choices for both parties. I've been riding a motorcycle for 20 years, I think the opinion is worth it. I really appreciate the feedback and suggest better administration. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa desonesta, me vendeu uma moto de leilão sem me avisa, só descobri quando fui fazer o seguro, eu perguntei várias vezes se estava tudo certo e mentiram. Tive que devolver a moto, e ainda me enrolaram pra devolver o meu dinheiro e me cobraram taxa porque devolvi, sendo que eu que fui enganado. Ainda deixa o anúncio lá na Olx pra enganar outras pessoas.
Dishonest company, sold me a motorcycle at auction without telling me, I only found out when I got the insurance, I asked several times if everything was right and they lied. I had to return the bike, and they even stopped me to return my money and charged me a fee because I returned it, and I was the one who was deceived. It still leaves the ad there on Olx to deceive other people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo essa loja. Comprei uma moto 600 cilindradas no dia 11/09/2020 com o vendedor Marcelo e até hoje não consegui transferir para o meu nome com problemas no dut da moto. O mesmo disse que com 15 dias estaria tudo certo. Nos primeiros dias com a moto apresentou vários problemas, a moto estava na garantia, mas o mecânico da loja não conseguia resolver, e queria colocar peças paralela na moto. Me prometeram uma chave reserva que até hoje não me deram. Fazem 10 meses que estou com a moto e só tive prejuízos. A moto está parada na garagem por causa de documentação, paguei a moto os documentos tudo certinho e até hoje não resolveram meu problema. O que era um sonho em ter a moto virou um pesadelo. LAMENTÁVEL !!!
I don't recommend this store. I bought a 600cc motorcycle on 11/09/2020 with the salesperson Marcelo and so far I haven't been able to transfer it to my name with problems in the bike's dut. The same said that with 15 days it would be all right. In the first days with the bike it had several problems, the bike was under warranty, but the shop mechanic couldn't fix it, and wanted to put parts parallel to the bike. They promised me a spare key that they haven't given me to this day. I've been on the bike for 10 months and I only had losses. The bike is parked in the garage because of the documentation, I paid for the bike and the documents were all right and so far they haven't solved my problem. What was a dream of having the bike turned into a nightmare. UNFORTUNATE !!!
