★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Consegui agendamento para duas semanas após o contato por falta, para depois de uma hora de espera, ser atendido em 5 minutos e nada ter sido realizado. O profissional encaminhou para outro local, sugeriu que eu fosse para um Pronto Socorro Odontológico. NÃO RECOMENDO.
 Terrible attendance. I was able to schedule for two weeks after contact due to absence, after an hour of waiting, to be attended to in 5 minutes and nothing was done. The professional sent me to another location, suggested that I go to a Dental Emergency. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, dentista mau educado, não sabe passar informações, não deveria ter se formado dentista pois não sabe lhe dar com pessoas.
Infelizmente em todas as área existem péssimos profissionais e o Marco se enquadra nos piores.
Não agendem nessa clínica pois terão problemas
E estaremos denunciando ao convênio e solicitando que reavalie essa clínica credenciada.
Vão em outra clínica
Poor care, poor educated dentist, do not know how to pass information, should not have graduated dentist because he does not know how to give it to people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento não são dos melhores, a recepcionista pouco atenciosa, o Doutor mal fala, porém o doutor é um excelente profissional extraiu meu siso sem eu nem percebe que ja tinha terminado. Impecável no trabalho. Só acho que deveria melhorar a atenção aos clientes mais sim eu super recomendo.
The service is not the best, the receptionist is not very attentive, the Doctor barely speaks, but the doctor is an excellent professional, he extracted my wisdom without me even realizing that I was finished. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com relação meu atendimento, devo informar que fui bem recepcionado, inclusive a Doutora que me atendeu, me fez vários questionários a respeito da minha atual situação financeira, para o fim de facilitar a forma de pagamento das consultas. Porém, minha esposa fez tratamento com aparelho e relatou que o Doutor que realizava a manutenção, era grosseiro e tinha um odor a fumaça de cigarro muito forte, deixando, até, muitas vezes de remarcar a consulta (feita mensalmente).
Regarding my service, I must inform you that I was well received, including the Doctor who attended me, made me several questionnaires about my current financial situation, in order to facilitate the way of paying for consultations. However, my wife underwent treatment with a device and reported that the Doctor who performed the maintenance, was rude and had a very strong cigarette smoke odor, even failing to reschedule the appointment (made monthly).

Estou horrorizada
Minha mãe foi extrair um dente e o Dr Marco
Arrancou junto do dente um pedaço do pala do (cel da boca) cortou a bochecha fez um verdadeiro estrago e a mandou pra casa apenas com um algodão na boca e nem uma receita.
Que tipo de ser humano estuda se forma para fazer esse tipo de serviço
Fora a mau educação
Ela se sentiu coagida com o atendimento grosseiro,
Não vão a essa clínica
É um castelo de horrores

Vou abrir um B.O contra esse ser q diz ser dentista pois hj vendo a boca da minha mãe acredito q possa ter comprado o diploma

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. A dificuldade já começa com a educação ou a falta dela em relação a recepcionista. Os dentistas também não deixam a desejar nem um bom dia dão, a não ser que você seja do sexo feminino. Em um minuto o dentista me atendeu e foi nítida sua indiferênça, parecia que queria só terminar o dia e me passou informaçoes sem nexo sobre meu problema. Não aconselho essa clínica os dentistas são péssimos. Nunca mais pretendo voltar!
Terrible attendance. The difficulty already begins with education or lack of it in relation to receptionist. Dentists do not leave anything to be desired, or a good day, unless you are female. In a minute the dentist saw me and his indifference was clear, it seemed like he just wanted to end the day and gave me nonsensical information about my problem. I do not advise this clinic, dentists are terrible. I never plan to go back!

A PESSIMA experience, a job that left a lot to be desired, the work materials are of terrible quality, so for me it was a waste of time...I would NEVER RECOMMEND it to anyone!
