★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os serviços oferecidos a sociedade tem sido de péssima qualidade, especificamente na linha 506 (Bairro dos Estados). Os ônibus estão saindo do ponto final com atrasos de mais de 30min prejudicando assim os trabalhadores que necessitam deste serviço. Muita desorganização na saída dos veículos do ponto final. A empresa não dispõe de um meio para que o usuário tenha um feedbeck apontando as falhas para que possam ser corrigidas. Lamentável, um serviço bastante oneroso para o trabalhador e não se tem o mínimo de zelo pelos mesmos.
The services offered to society have been of poor quality, specifically in line 506 (District of States). The buses are leaving the final point with delays of more than 30min thus harming the workers who need this service. Lots of clutter at the exit of the vehicles from the end point. The company does not have a means for the user to have a feedbeck pointing out the faults so that they can be corrected. Unfortunate, a service quite onerous for the worker and do not have the least zeal for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje 25/11/2019 por volta de 12:25 estava na integração quando chegou dois onibus da linha 401 de numeração 0997 e o 09129. Na parada da integração o motorista do ônibus 09129 parou fora da parada e ainda avisou aos passageiros que vinha outro atrás, o ônibus de numeração 0997 também parou fora da parada pensando que o outro motorista tinha parágrafo para o embarque dos passageiros. Segui minha viagem no ônibus 0997 onde os dois irresponsáveis dos motoristas começaram a andar em alta velocidade. Chegando na parada da LAGOA em frente ao restaurante popular o MOTORISTA do ônibus que eu estava 0997 passou por fora da via onde ele tem que passar e o outro motorista do ônibus 09129 passou em alta velocidade na parada onde foi solicitado a parada do mesmo que veio a parar a uns 20 metros da parada. Queria que a empresa tomasse providências porque a vidas das pessoas que estão no transporte coletivo é muito importante., já que esses dois MOTORISTAs se é que Posso chama -los assim não tem nenhuma responsabilidade.

I followed my trip on the 0997 bus where the two irresponsible drivers began to ride at top speed. Arriving at the LAGOA stop in front of the popular restaurant the driver of the bus I was 0997 passed off the road where he has to pass and the other driver of the bus 09129 sped at the stop where he was asked to stop the same one that came to stop about 20 meters from the stop. I wanted the company to take action because the lives of people on public transport are so important, since these two DRIVERS if I can call them that has no responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O motorista do ônibus número 2154 da linha altiplano no dia 13/08/2021 as 12:06hs ao parar no ponto após o cartório Eunápio Torres, não me esperou descer e arrancou com o ônibus quase ocasionando um acidente visto que me desequilibrei e não caí por um milagre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom , hoje por volta das 17:55h e 18:10 estava na parada de ônibus da Av. Epitácio Pessoa logo após o posto BR pra pegar o ônibus passaram três ônibus solicitei parada como outras pessoas que estavam no local e os motoristas dos respectivos coletivos não pararam. Acho isso uma falta de respeito com a população que usa e depende de transporte transporte público. Tomem providências , afinal não é favor que estão fazendo.
Well , today around 5:55 pm and 6:10 pm I was at the bus stop on Av. Epitácio Pessoa right after the BR station to catch the bus , three buses passed by , I requested a stop like other people who were there and the drivers of the respective buses didn't stop. I think this is a lack of respect for the population that uses and depends on public transport. Take action, after all, it's not a favor you're doing.
