Vc e obrigado a colocar a única opção de entrega no site que seria Sedex não tem opção pac, transportadora ou motoboy somente Sedex e o valor de $25 reais ou então vc pode ir até a loja retirar de forma gratuita.
Fiz um pedido dia 25.04 e eles só entregaram meu pedido no dia 26.04 quase as 19h da noite na agencia dos correios.
Quando o pedido e postado apos o horário limite da unidade ele só e encaminhado para unidade de tratamento dos correios dia seguinte.
Hoje dia 27.04 meu pedido foi enviado para entrega porém a informação que o correio me passou é que chegaria somente dia 28.04
Enfim... Você paga Sedex, uma opção mais cara e mais rápida para chegar na sua casa após 4 dias da compra.
Sobre as joias nada a questionar, mais em questão de entrega eu não compro mais no site devido a demora e valor alto para uma entrega localizada na mesma região.
Estamos somente a 6km de distancia.
Acho um absurdo 4 dias para chegar na minha residência.
I can't rate it with 5 stars due to the following reasons.
You are obliged to put the only delivery option on the website that would be Sedex, there is no option for pac, carrier or motoboy only Sedex and the value of $ 25 reais or else you can go to the store to withdraw for free.
I placed an order on the 25.04th and they only delivered my order on the 26.04th at almost 7 pm at the post office.
When the order is posted after the unit's deadline, it is only forwarded to the post office treatment unit the next day.
Today the 27.04th, my order was sent for delivery, but the information that the mail gave me is that it would only arrive on the 28.04.
Anyway... You pay Sedex, a more expensive and faster option to arrive at your house after 4 days of purchase.
About the jewelry, nothing to question, but in terms of delivery I don't buy on the site anymore due to the delay and high price for a delivery located in the same region.
We are only 6km away.
I find it absurd 4 days to arrive at my residence.
