★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei um corte a seco, com a proprietária do salão as 14h. Cheguei no horário marcado e fiquei plantada na recepção até às 15h sem receber NENHUMA satisfação de ninguém. Duas recepcionistas na entrada que só me mandaram esperar e nada mais. Pedi um retorno 14:30 e novamente 14:50 e tudo que me disseram foi: tem que esperar mais um pouco. Apesar de eu ter ido por indicação de uma cliente, eu nunca mais volto. Lamentável o descaso.
I made a dry cut, with the owner of the salon at 14h. I arrived at the scheduled time and stayed at the reception until 3 pm without receiving ANY satisfaction from anyone. Two receptionists at the entrance who just told me to wait and nothing more. I asked for a return 14:30 and 14:50 again and all they told me was: have to wait a little longer. Although I went by a client, I never come back. The neglect is unfortunate.
