★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foram feitos 3 pequenos reparos. Desentupimento do ralo (só tirou a tampa do ralo e tirou cabelos), troca de sifao e passou silicone na valvula da pia que estava vazando. Durou 40 minutos. Foi cobrado o valor de 280 reais. Preço abusivo. Tentei negociar uma redução, mas nao teve jeito. Fiz o serviço porque estava realmente precisando. Surreal o valor cobrado. Nao recomendo.
3 small repairs were made. Unclogging the drain (only removed the drain cap and removed hair), change the siphon and put silicone in the valve of the sink that was leaking. It lasted 40 minutes. The amount of 280 reais was charged. Abusive price. I tried to negotiate a reduction, but there was no way. I did the job because I really needed it. Surreal the amount charged. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço abusivo, pedi varias vezes um orçamento, tabela inicial de preço e nada me foi esclarecido. Aceitei fazer uma troca de tomada por 220 reais pq eu precisava com urgência e nao daria mais tempo chamar outra equipe. Se eu soubesse do valor tinha pesquisado outra empresa. Cobra por cara e bairro do cliente. Ao menos o serviço foi bem executado.
Fica a sugestão de encontrarem alguma forma de esclarecer previamente os valores dos serviços.
Abusive price, I asked several times for a quote, initial price list and nothing was explained to me. I accepted to make an exchange of outlets for 220 reais because I needed it urgently and there would be no more time to call another team. If I knew the value I would have researched another company. Charge by the customer's face and neighborhood. At least the job was done well.
It is suggested that they find some way to clarify the values of the services in advance.
