★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!!!! Me interessei por um imóvel comercial para locação, o processo desde o inicio foi moroso, burocrático e sem respaldo da parte da imobiliária, sempre tínhamos que ligar para poder saber como andava o processo.
Conclusão, a única que vez que ai sim entraram em contato conosco, foi para dizer que não locariam mais o imóvel devido a uma divida que os proprietários tinham e que imóvel seria usado para quita-la. UM COMPLETO ABSURDO, POIS O CONTRATO JÁ ESTAVA PRONTO(ANALISADO PELA IMOBILIÁRIA E PROPRIETÁRIOS) E COM VISTORIA MARCADA PARA ENTREGA DE CHAVES.
Resumindo, minha empresa perdeu um contrato que dependia da locação deste espaço, por conta da irresponsabilidade por parte da imobiliária e proprietários do imóvel. NÃO INDICO ESSA EMPRESA A NINGUÉM POIS É OBRIGAÇÃO DA IMOBILIÁRIA/ ADMINISTRADORA DO IMÓVEL CHECAR SUA IDONEIDADE E DISPONIBILIDADE ANTES DE COLOCA-LO PARA LOCAÇÃO OU VENDA! ABSURDO E DESCASO TOTAL!!!!
Terrible!!!! I was interested in a commercial property for rent, the process from the beginning was slow, bureaucratic and without support from the real estate, we always had to call to be able to know how the process was going.
Conclusion, the only time they got in touch with us, was to say that they would no longer rent the property due to a debt that the owners had and which property would be used to pay it off. A COMPLETE ABSURD, BECAUSE THE CONTRACT WAS ALREADY READY (ANALYZED BY REAL ESTATE AGENTS AND OWNERS) AND WITH MARKED MARKETING FOR KEY DELIVERY.
In short, my company lost a contract that depended on the lease of this space, due to irresponsibility by the real estate and property owners. I DO NOT INDICATE THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE BECAUSE IT IS THE OBLIGATION OF THE REAL ESTATE AGENT / ADMINISTRATOR OF THE PROPERTY TO CHECK HIS FITNESS AND AVAILABILITY BEFORE PLACING IT FOR LEASE OR SALE! ABSOLUTELY AND TOTAL LEAVE !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Administradora totalmente parcial, e sem vontade para ajudar condomínio e condôminos, sempre age de forma conivente com conselho e síndicos, sem ao menos saber analisar junto a todos! Enfim, péssimo serviço.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em relação à gestão de contas, isto é, apoio ao condomínio, a empresa costuma defender e ser conivente com as decisões (vontades) do síndico, sem levar em consideração as decisões e regras do condomínio. Não recomendo.

Imobiliária não providencia uma solução e enquanto isso os moradores permanecem sem saneamento e sem dignidade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, passei desde 12hs e meu escritório tb tentando falar com uma senhora q disseram a encarregada de alugueis. No entanto, falaram q estava almoçando depois retornava, não retornou. Fizemos mais de 5 ligações até q me desloquei à Av Chanes 95 sede e daí fui atendida depois de passar grande nervoso. Com isso o escritório perdeu o cliente q gostaria de saber sob imóveis no ed, L’Avenir e locou outro. No final só disseram desculpas não tínhamos a informação. Quando bastava o atendente responder isso em cinco minutos .Por isso qualifico como
Uma empresa q não respeita cliente.
