Pena que não achei no reclame aqui, senão seria mais uma reclamação com gosto.
 BADLY, BADLY, BADLY, A THOUSAND TIMES BADLY... They don't care anything about their customers, I can't wait to finish the contract and change administrators!!!
Too bad I didn't find it in the complaint here, otherwise it would be one more complaint with pleasure.

Não assumem com seus erros. Diversas vezes tivemos que arcar com custos que eram da imobiliária. Fora que o atendimento é péssimo. As atendentes sem educação com seu cliente, além de não saberem dar informações básicas.
Bad experience! No professionalism at all. I don't recommend it to anyone!
They don't own up to their mistakes. Several times we had to bear costs that were from the real estate company. Other than that the service is terrible. The attendants are not polite with their customer, in addition to not knowing how to give basic information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior imobiliária de São Paulo. Nunca retornam os e-mails, são arrogantes, mal educados e parecem ser treinados a maltratar os locatários. Sempre fazem parecer que devemos um favor à eles, sendo que deveria ser justamente o contrário. Se tiver uma placa Robotton, saia correndo.
The worst real estate agency in São Paulo. They never return emails, are arrogant, rude and seem to be trained to mistreat tenants. They always make it seem like we owe them a favor, when it should be just the opposite. If you have a Robotton sign, run away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou há 2 meses e meio tentando mudar a titularidade de um contrato, mas não consigo devo as sequências de erros cometidos pela Hausy/robotton. Sinto que estão debochando da minha cara. O descaso é tão grande que nem mesmo a gerente resolve o meu problema.
Jessica Vilela e Adriana Nunes não cumprem o que dizem. Não consigo resgatar meu título de capitalização e nem mudar a titularidade de um contrato de aluguel. Preciso resolver meu problema urgente!
I've been trying to change the ownership of a contract for 2 and a half months, but I can't owe the sequence of mistakes made by Hausy/robotton. I feel like they're making fun of my face. The neglect is so great that not even the manager solves my problem.
Jessica Vilela and Adriana Nunes do not live up to what they say. I cannot redeem my savings bonds or change the ownership of a rental agreement. I need to solve my problem urgently!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pudesse dar 0 estrelas, assim seria. Há meses, tento resolver um problema, mas a desorganização e desrespeito comigo são incríveis e impedem a resolução. Fui inquilino de um imóvel que passou por reformas feitas pelo proprietário durante minha locação. Essas reformas deixaram diversos problemas de acabamento, que, por serem posteriores, nao constam no laudo de entrada. Assim que desocupei o imóvel, fizeram a vistoria de entrega do imovel e, entre os itens apontados, havia alguns decorrentes de tais reformas. Contestei o laudo e aceitaram a contestação, restando apenas 5 itens simples para reparo. Peguei as chaves e realizei os reparos sinalizados. O problema é que, mesmo após a realização dos reparos, devidamente evidenciados, continuam solicitando mais reparos. Isso mesmo. A lista aumenta e muda a cada troca de emails. Eu ligo, mostro as evidências, concordam comigo. Depois, falam com o proprietário e voltam com outra lista. Sinalizam itens que nem estavam na lista de reparos. Ignoram minhas evidências, voltam em temas já resolvidos. Há meses, escrevo o mesmo email e , há meses, e um retorno pior que o outro. Eles contestam coisas que até o laudo de entrada mostra o contrário. Um absurdo. Será que é por que eu era o inquilino? A imobiliária não deveria agir de forma imparcial? E o pior ainda não liberam meu resgate do seguro aluguel que deve ser umas 40x maior que qualquer reparo. Como recomendar algo tão desorganizado. Vem aquela sensação do Brasil injusto, desorganizado e desonesto com o cliente/consumidor.
If I could give 0 stars, that would be it. I've been trying to solve a problem for months, but disorganization and disrespect for me are incredible and prevent resolution. I was a tenant of a property that underwent renovations made by the owner during my lease. These renovations left several finishing problems, which, because they were later, are not included in the entry report. As soon as I vacated the property, they carried out a delivery inspection of the property and, among the items mentioned, there were some resulting from such renovations. I challenged the report and they accepted the challenge, leaving only 5 simple items for repair. I took the keys and carried out the marked repairs. The problem is that, even after carrying out the repairs, duly evidenced, they continue to request more repairs. That's right. The list grows and changes with each email exchange. I call, show evidence, agree with me. Then they talk to the owner and come back with another list. Flag items that weren't even on the repair list. Ignore my evidence, return to issues already resolved. I've been writing the same email for months, and for months, I've had one return worse than the other. They dispute things that even the entry report shows otherwise. An absurdity. Is it because I was the tenant? Should real estate not act impartially? And the worst, they still don't release my rent insurance redemption that must be about 40x greater than any repair. How to recommend something so disorganized. There is that feeling of Brazil being unfair, disorganized and dishonest with the client/consumer.
