★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um orçamento de um ferro elétrico, me pediram para ligar no dia seguinte. Quando liguei percebi que não tinham visto o defeito, o que confirmei depois. Me cobraram R$ 49,00 alegando que o problema era na placa. Como o preço do ferro era quase este, resolvi retirar o ferro sem conserto e eu mesmo de curiosidade resolvi consertar. Para meu espanto logo no primeiro parafuso vi que não tinham nem aberto o ferro e vi que o problema era só o cabo. Troquei e o ferro esta funcionando normalmente. O cabo comprei em uma outra autorizada e me custou somente R$ 10,00. Portanto cuidado com esta autorizada.. Acho que a Philips/Walita deviam conversar com esta autorizada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei um chuveiro para reparo, pois não estava aquecendo a água, o diagnóstico dado foi regulagem de alguma coisa! E troca de uma peça que iria evitar vazamentos no futuro! Porém comprei outro chuveiro novo, que também não funcionou com isso descobri que o problema era na rede da minha casa! Ah pelo serviço iriam me cobrar R$ 96,00, não autorizei a executarem busquei meu chuveiro, coloquei na casa do meu sogro e está perfeito sem vazamento e aquecendo a água agora!
