★ ★ ★ ★ ★ não recomendo! Falaram que a loja fechava as 19 e que arrumariam o meu celular no mesmo dia em 2 horas, mentiram! Voltei no final do dia e avisaram que receberam uma tela com problema e que não conseguiriam terminar no dia. Até aí deu para relevar, porem fui buscar no outro dia e dei de cara com a porta fechada. Resultado: prometeram 2 horas, mas ficarei dois dias sem o aparelho.
I do not recommend! They said that the store closed at 19 and that they would fix my cell phone the same day in 2 hours, they lied! I came back at the end of the day and they told me that they received a screen with a problem and that they would not be able to finish it for the day. Until then, I could ignore it, but I went to look for it the other day and found the door closed. Result: promised 2 hours, but I will be two days without the device.

Inicialmente demonstraram bom atendimento,porém após deixar o aparelho,começou a imensa dor de cabeça.
Combinamos um dia e horário para o recebimento do aparelho,fui até o local e fui informado que não ficou pronto não me ligaram para avisar e também que o aparelho não estava ligando e teriam que fazer um procedimento chamado "choque na bateria".
Fui retirar o aparelho no dia e horário combinado novamente, e tive diversos contratempos e dores de cabeça novamente,principalmente no atendimento que se tornou péssimo.
Ao chegar em casa,percebi que meu aparelho não estava funcionado o alto falante, também que a tela não estava sensivel ao toque como original.
Mais uma dor de cabeça,pois fui não fui orientado que isso ocorreria e sim que a tela era de segunda linha mas praticamente identica ao origial,se soubesse dessa tal falha,teria buscado assistencia direto na autorizada do aparelho.
Optei em procurar outro local,pois não gostaria de ir ao mesmo onde tive dor de cabeça.
Neste segundo local que por questão de ética não vou citar o nome,fui informado que meu alto falante estava queimado,expliquei que havia feito manutenção recentemente e expliquei o caso.
Resumo da história,mais uma dor de cabeça, foi constatado e comprovado que o tal "choque na bateria" teria ocasionado a queima do alto falante.
Deixo aqui minha total insatisfação com a loja Market Phone em Sorocaba,e um alerta para que ninguém passe o mesmo que passei.
I took my device to the location to have the screen replaced.
Initially they showed good service, but after leaving the device, the immense headache began.
We agreed a day and time to receive the device, I went to the place and was informed that it was not ready, they didn't call me to let me know and also that the device was not turning on and they would have to do a procedure called "battery shock".
I went to remove the device on the agreed day and time again, and I had several setbacks and headaches again, especially in the service that became terrible.
When I got home, I noticed that my device was not working the speaker, also that the screen was not touch sensitive as original.
Another headache, because I was not instructed that this would happen, but that the screen was second line but practically identical to the original, if I had known about this failure, I would have sought direct assistance from the authorized device.
I chose to look for another place, because I would not like to go to the same place where I had a headache.
In this second place, which for reasons of ethics I will not mention the name, I was informed that my speaker was burned out, I explained that I had recently done maintenance and explained the case.
Summary of the story, another headache, it was found and proven that the "battery shock" would have caused the speaker to burn.
I leave here my total dissatisfaction with the Market Phone store in Sorocaba, and a warning so that no one goes through what I went through.
