Me responderam às 17h30, dizendo que não eram obrigados a ficar respondendo mensagens. Somente pelo atendimento já se nota o lixo de produtos e empresa. A pessoa foi super grosseria nas mensagens, talvez porque não precise de clientes né.... LIXO
I made the first order and it was confirmed, I was waiting for delivery and it didn't arrive. I sent several messages and had no feedback. This since 13hrs of the day. They replied to me at 5:30 pm, saying that they were not obliged to keep answering messages. The garbage from products and the company can only be noticed by the service. The person was super rude in the messages, maybe because he doesn't need customers, you know .... TRASH
