Comprei itens da VidaVeg dia 17/10/21, até agora não resolvi. Tentei contato de todas as formas, não me respondem. Reclamei no Reclame Aqui e respondem com mensagens automáticas. Solicitei o reembolso via Procon (PROCON, GENTE!!!), responderam que entrariam em contato comigo e: MENTIRA!
Me sinto enganada.
Estão cheios de reclamações de outubro pra cá.
Não seja mais um.
Fuja dessa empresa!
Ps: me devolveram o dinheiro sem nenhuma satisfação, apenas após reclamação via Procon.

I bought VidaVeg items on 10/17/21, so far I haven't solved it. I tried to contact you in every way, they don't answer me. I complained in Reclame Aqui and they respond with automatic messages. I requested a refund via Procon (PROCON, PEOPLE!!!), they replied that they would contact me and: LIE!
I feel cheated.
They are full of complaints from October until now.
Don't be one more.
Run away from this company!
Ps: they returned the money to me without any satisfaction, only after a complaint via Procon.

Entrei em contato pelo chat da emprea e enviei e-mail, sem retorno. Tentei contato pelo telefone que está no site e não atende. Se estão com algum problema de estoque ou algo parecido, deveriam no mínimo comunicar e reponder ao cliente. Uma total falta de respeito!
I made a purchase through the company's website, the payment was approved on 10/22, the delivery period was 3 working days, but I still haven't received my products. Tento vários contatos, mas só recebo mensagens automáticas. Quem quiser comprar os novos guaranás com sabores recomendo não realizarem pedido por essa empresa, pois irão perder o dinheiro, a paciência e a vontade de experimentar o guaraná.
I placed an order on 10/25/2021. Today, 12/17/2021 I still haven't received the products I ordered. I can't even get the company to chargeback my money. I try multiple contacts, but I only get automatic messages. Anyone who wants to buy the new flavored guaranás, I recommend not placing an order with this company, as they will lose their money, patience and desire to try guaraná.

No Instagram vocês soltaram uma nota no dia 17/11 informando que as entregas estavam sendo normalizadas, mas até o momento nada.
Consegui contato por e-mail do SAC que informou que entregariam no meu endereço no dia 10/12 e mais uma vez fui enganada, não recebi nada.
Isso é uma vergonha… Nunca passei por tamanho descaso!

I made a purchase on 10/17 and until today (12/13) it has not yet been delivered and they simply do not respond on whats.
On Instagram you posted a note on 11/17 informing that deliveries were being normalized, but so far nothing.
I got contact by email from the SAC who informed that they would deliver to my address on 12/10 and once again I was deceived, I didn't receive anything.
This is a shame… I've never experienced such neglect!
I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!
